The Professional Development / Learning and Compliance Consultant will
develop, plan, coordinate, evidence- based learning tools, implement, and
evaluate staff education. Identify facility learning needs.
The Professional Development/ Learning and Compliance Consultant will be
responsible for roll out and monitoring the learning management systems.
Champions PCC training, system development and transitions.
Facilitates Pre-Survey teams for Quality Focus Centers, and develops education
plans and facilitates/monitors/validates training of high risk systems.
Trends company wide data to identify topics for development and training and
to improve quality of care.

_ BSN or MSN preferred with 3- 5 years’ experience in the long-term care
setting as a Director of Nursing_

Pay: $31.00 – $61.00 per hour
