Qualifications:
- Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program
- RN license required prior to start of employment
- Less than one year of professional nursing experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Responsibilities:
- Develop real-world experience delivering care to patients and collaborating with other health team members in a variety of scenarios
- Utilize the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department
- Provide quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures under the supervision of experienced OR nursing staff
