When considering travel nursing, there are a number of aspects to consider: Here are a just few tips to help you get started. First research three or four travel agencies to determine who has the best benefits; also do some networking with other travelers. Then do a comparison and choose the one that appeals to you. American Mobile is one with which I am familiar.

The contracts are usually 13 weeks, get acquainted with and stay in contact with your recruiter. When you begin your contract, sometimes you have to be proactive, and about the beginning of week 10, you should be speaking with your recruiter about the next contract, in case the current facility does not need to retain you for another 13 weeks. Remember, you may have to drive to a different state, to start another contract, so you will need to be astute to travel time and to finding your apartment/living facility to be ready for your new contract. Try to choose an apartment convenient to work to save you money in gasoline and traffic encounter. Certainly, this depends on how lavishly or how simple you choose to live Hope this is helpful.
