Hello. You're looking to move to Ft Lauderdale, FL. You will get pointers from others, but research the hospitals that is in the area you're thinking of living in. Check out 5-6 and find out as much as you can, or as much as is available on the internet/reliable site only. Sometimes working for hospitals that's under the same umbrella of many can be good, why? because you can transfer to another facility, which is easier than having to come from the outside. Jackson Health System is one such organization in Fort Lauderdale Area. In some cases the smaller organization tend to be more like family in terms of the working culture, or on a particular unit. Your specialty is in high demand, like all nursing specialties. It's important that you learn as much as you can on any hospital you wish to work for. Remember you will be with your coworkers, colleagues, 36-40 hours a week and more. You'll find exactly what you want if you put in the work to get what you want. Good luck.
