Clocking in.

Inappropriately heavy ICU assignments due to poor staffing

One of the things that make a shift difficult is when you go to work with lazy people.

Knowing you will be short staffed. I work in the ER and I have had days where I have 2 ICU patients and 4 non-ICU patients.
