I just got my license 9/2021 and started working for a hospital but the floor I am on has repeated workplace violence. I want out but I have no experience so no one will hire me. I have been there four months on med surg but hate going to work.

There are so many options in nursing so don't develop "analysis paralysis." Have you gone up the chain of command concerning the workplace violence? If your manager is not doing anything, go to her boss. You may just have the experience although limited to apply at a LTAC or perhaps one of the COVID clinics until you find a new position. You could apply for a state RN job and work at one of the prisons. Many will hire newer RNs

Dialysis is sn excellent idea. Also, covid testing znd immunization are everywhere now. Maybe, blood bank would be low stress or home health success you have med surg hx.
