How hard is to find outpatient part time job as an experienced nurse? Thanks

I am an RN who have 8+ years of acute nursing care experience. When I applied in a local outpatient setting, the company was impressed by my experience and interviewed me in 48 hours and offered me a job the next day.

The only bump on the road was to be able to find a full time outpatient position locally available. So the right time and right place is also something to think about.

It is not hard at all. I think it depends on your area and the job market in that area. There are certain outpatient nursing jobs I didn’t know existed until I worked for a larger health system and saw part time nurses functioning in capacities I didn’t know were available.
