I have seen several outpatient surgery center positions. I did psych & ER as a new grad
Long term care mostly, other areas really want you to have acute care experience first
Your best course of action is acute care to get experience under your belt. Nursing is a challenging field especially with chronic staffing shortages. Experience in acute care will open up other opportunities in the future.
Non acute care: Long term care, home health, hospice, public health nursing, ambulatory care, urgent care
Traditionally, there is a preference within the profession for nurses to have inpatient experience.
If you are interested in a specific area (pediatrics, OR, ICU, etc), you can consider a nurse residency program. It really depends what your career goals are. As a new graduate you do have more opportunities for entry programs to get more structured training and on boarding.
Some hospital has training programs for new grads in different specialties, you don’t have to necessarily have experience.
