I have been in the hospital setting for years. It is time for something different. I would like to do maybe telehealth or work from home. How do I get started?

Check on apps like Linked In or Indeed for positions. There are many listings for all kinds of nursing positions. I was interested in looking into work from home or remote nursing as well. I have found telehealth, home triage and remote work pays very low, most in the $20 range actually. I just couldn’t make the transition from what I am making now to $20-28 an hour but to each his or her own and if that works for people, that is great. I just feel that even though you may not be commuting to and from a facility that, as a nursing professional, my degree, time and knowledge is worth more- it upsets me that these companies don’t pay their nurses better rates!!
