How much of a wage should a BSN new grad in NY with previous hospital experience ask for?

it dependes on where you work and the specialty. NYCHHC will pay for most full time staff positions 85k or more per year as a mew grad. However, other hospitals like NYU, Mount Sinai,NYP, Montefiore can start with 95k as a new grad so should be expecting more than that as long as you have experience on the same specialty you are applying for. If you are switching specialty they still have to give plenty of training so you may get pay a salary similar as a new grad. Good luck
