Seeking advice from NP’s/still studying to become one. Queries: 1)WHY you chose your specialization and 2)school? 3)was it pure online/classroom/mixed? 4)are there any schools which don’t require thesis? 5)any board review class attended post grad?

1. Chose FNP to be able to see any patient and not be limited

2. Went to Chamberlain because I got my RN to BSN there and liked it. Wanted all online

3. All online except 2 trips to Chicago over the coarse of the program

4. Chamberlain required a portfolio at the end which used all the projects from the previous classes

5. Required to attend Hollier live review prior to graduation. Price was included in tuition. It was the second Chicago trip.
