I have 2 years of medsurg experience and am having a very hard time landing a job in labor and delivery in local hospitals near me. The only offers I get are night shift positions that are no traffic an hour away. Is it worth it?

Of course it’s night shift; internal staff claim the day shift positions.
Is it worth it to you? Would you be safe to commute if you don’t move? Are you physically able to work nights?
