What benefits would be so good that you'd stay at the hospital despite almost anything?

Matching 401k, education reimbursement for classes and certifications. Pay raises that equal inflation. Sick time that you may use even if call in for only one day. Nurse to patient ratios.

There are no benefits that would be so good that would keep me at the hospital despite almost anything. Even if the pay is ridiculously high, but I don’t like my job, the environment, the hours, bullying, micromanagement, not working as a team, etc—-forget it! It’s not worth the pay! You don’t have to put up with a crappy job for great pay/benefits. Just move along, which is the beauty of nursing.
