How do I find employers who are looking for RN that have been out of Nsg for 11 years to offer positions at a much lower skill level than I had when working? Thanks!

Consider looking at multisystem organizations that offer opportunities for nurses (who have been out of the role for a while) with the option to train for 3+ months (like a new grad) and reintegrate into the organization. It's a great way to get back into nursing and a way to sharpen your clinical and organizational skills if you have been out a while.
