What does the Southern California job market look like for an out of state new grad? I am hoping to apply all over CA with my ADN next year (2023) while enrolled in RN to BSN. Thanks

Out of state doesn't really hinder anything as long as you have your CA license and can begin work when they need you to. Make sure you apply for CA BON asap because they are very behind right now... it may talk a while to get it.
