What’s the difference between the adn to BSN program and the rn to BSN program? Are you still able to work during the adn to BSN program ?

I did it. My RN to BSN program didn’t require clinical because you ARE a practicing nurse .

I think the difference is a BSN is more theory, critical thinking, and writing/research. Yes you can work during a rn to bsn program and sometimes your hospital will pay for you to get your BSN.

RN to BSN is the same as ADN to BSN. I think some schools just label it differently. Most people I’ve known have worked while in the program.
