I'm reading there's a glut of FNPs in the market so jobs are becoming scarce. Thinking of starting FNP program in Jan but concerned i won't have a job when I graduate. Has anyone else heard this??

Yes there is a glut. If you want to do Advanced Practice I suggest seeking what your area is in need of; also secure NP’s for clinicals immediately.
