I recently moved to PA. I'm having a hard time finding a job in the specialty that I want. I have one year experience in med surge but can't get my foot in the door with pediatrics/nursery/nicu. Any tips? Hospital recs?

Apply for med surg. Once accepted apply internally for a new position as they open up. It might take a few months but it’s one way to do it.
