I have been a Nurse for over 30 years. I was a LPN for 13 and then I bridged over to ADN. The last 3 years have been so tough on all of us. Now that we can breath after the Co-Vid pandemic, we think all the time. Before, we did not have time to think. It was about saving lives, working short , protecting ourselves and our loved ones. I know how you feel. I have felt it to. I have had to learn to breath, I have had to learn to meditate. I don't watch TV if it has anything to do with the news. But go and seek with your PCP, a counselor, see if your
place of employment has a crisis team. Know you are not alone. Sending you good vibes .

You need to see your physician for these feelings you are having as soon as possible. During the Covid period, some people experienced depression related to the lockdowns and many restrictions. Some of these depression feelings maybe hereditary and some are related to medications and other causes. Please visit your primary physician and he or she will help you to navigate these feelings and find the best treatment or referral for you.
