It’s all about key words in your resume. If you’re applying through their website, they have flagged words that brings an application to next round along with education. See what the job is looking for, adjust your resume (if applicable) and then apply. You never want to lie, but wording is important

Are you a new grad? if so best to apply to a hospital internship and afterwards they offer you a permanent position. Internship usually start in the fall or spring, nothing in between they go for 12-14 weeks and they are very limited. Otherwise, satart at a nursing home in the medicare unit, work 6 months and then
hospitals will hire you faster.

Look at your resume and make sure that you note any reasons for gaps of time in employment. Be sure to proofread and make sure their are no words misspelled and that you have used the correct punctuation. Generally keep your resume limited to one page if possible. Don’t list references, if the company wants references they will ask for them. I have viewed many resumes over the years and the majority of errors are spelling errors and if I see that it usually goes to the bottom of my stack. Hope this helps! Good luck!!!
