How to become a nurse navigator? Currently medsurg nurse for 6 years. What’s the role like?

In the city that I reside each organization requires different requirements. I worked at the VAMC as a care manager, however they also have position has a nurse navigator and position has a case manager. The scope of practice is much different. Please do some research.

How neat to be thinking about this! There's an organization for RN care managers. The AAACN for ambulatory care also has a care management track.
