Hi, any nurses in San Francisco, CA? How much is the hospital salary for Telemetry RN with 10 years experience?

Starting pay is probably around $70/hr

Union hospitals have higher pay. 60-70 hr. but per diem make more per hr. because no benefits.

I have been a nurse for 29 years and have not reached base pay of 70 yet. I would say you would be looking into the 50k range. Night shift has a 4-8$ differential added to base pay.
