Iman Abuzeid, M.D.
CEO & Cofounder
Iman is Incredible Health's resident health and business nerd. A former medical doctor, she's a McKinsey alumnus and led product management at AliveCor, a Khosla-backed health tech startup. She also fit in getting a Wharton MBA somewhere in-between.
Iman's immediate family has 3 surgeons, and as a doctor herself, she understands the importance of choosing the right stepping stones in a clinical career. It's what drives her belief in Incredible Health and its potential to reliably help clinicians find the right fit.
Regional Sales Leader - Southeast
Hugh Brennan started his career selling operating room, emergency and ICU technologies that have transformed patient care and safety. Working shoulder to shoulder with doctors and nurses, Hugh developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of healthcare and the need for better automation and communication.
Hugh has worked for startup and large healthcare companies such as Cardinal Health and McKesson, managing the sales and business development of pharmacy, supply and IT automation. Recently, Hugh was Vice President of Sales at ISeeYouCare Inc., integrating community health data for payers and states and led healthcare market development for performance infrastructure in the southeast US for Johnson Controls Inc.

Leyla builds awesome products that people love. She perfected her craft at Facebook, Linden Lab and Qualcomm, by way of the University of California Berkeley.

Regional Sales Leader - Midwest
Bret is a dedicated sales professional who is passionate about healthcare and helping customers solve their priority issues. He leads our network development efforts in the Midwest where he will be working with hospitals to integrate the Incredible Health solution and solve one of the top challenges they face today, the nursing shortage.
Bret has worked for several leading healthcare technology companies such as B.Braun, McKesson, Nuance and Collective Medical helping customers solve problems through the use of smart infusion devices, pharmacy automation, electronic health records, data sharing platforms and speech recognition. This experience has given Bret a great appreciation for clinicians and the complexity of the work they perform to provide quality care for patients. He also understands the unique challenges that hospitals are facing today and why staffing is so important to a hospital’s success.
Joe has been working in professional accounting areas for more than 26 years, including 15 years in United States and 11 years in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Incredible Health, Joe worked for SF Express, DTS, Fortinet, and American Stores Company. He is not only familiar with start-up companies and setting up the accounting department from the ground up, but also quite familiar with publicly listed company requirements.
Joe is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Brigham Young University. Joe is also a member of AICPA and UACPA.
Lindsay Jean Thomson
Community + Events Lead
Lindsay is longtime community builder who loves bringing people together. During her treatment for breast cancer, she got to spend a lot of time with nurses and knows just how important they are for patient outcomes. She's thrilled to get to support them in her role at Incredible Health.
Before Incredible Health, Lindsay started and ran Women Catalysts, co-lead #The100DayProject, taught yoga, wrote, and more.
CTO & Cofounder
Rome builds awesome products. He perfected his craft at Amazon, Eventbrite, Linden Lab and AliveCor, by way of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Rome's family has 3 nurses. Realizing the way they found jobs was slow and frustrating, he set his mind to building a better way. Enter Incredible Health.
Senior Software Engineer
Ryan loves building thoughtful and humane software. He started building commercial database software as a teen, before earning BS and MEng degrees in computer science from MIT. Since then, he built a currency platform used by tens of millions annually (at Linden Lab) and lead the development of a massively multiplayer online game (at Spry Fox). He’s motivated by delighting users and making products that come to life.
Head of Design
Jane is passionate about designing simple and delightful user experiences. Prior to joining Incredible Health, Jane was a Design Lead at IDEO, a global design agency. At IDEO, Jane worked on a variety of digital experiences for brands such as Verizon, Ford, Intercorp, RightRice, as well as IDEO's very own website and award-winning blog. In her earlier design life, Jane applied her skills as a creative director at AliveCor, a healthcare device company, as well as an art director at Benefit Cosmetics, designing and developing the brand's digital presence globally.
Product Growth Lead
Alex is passionate about building engaging and fast-growing products that delight customers. He honed his skills at Credit Karma and Spark Networks.
Alex works collaboratively with the engineering, design and marketing teams to ship and test features and products. He's determined to achieve our vision of helping healthcare professionals live better lives, and bring Incredible Health to every healthcare worker across the country!

Matt attracts top software engineering talent to Incredible Health. He perfected his craft at Reliable Robotics, Snap Inc, and RockIT Recruiting.
Through his personal experiences with the healthcare system, and those of his family members that are nurses, he's excited by Incredible Health's mission to help healthcare professionals find and do their best work.

Lindsay is passionate about creating relationships with clients and helping them exceed their goals. Previously, she worked with a number of major healthcare organizations as a consultant at Triage Consulting Group, and then took her skills to Honor, where she managed strategy and growth. Rachel is an experienced content creator and community builder. With a passion for advancing meaningful missions, Rachel is excited to join Incredible Health in helping nurses find and do their best work. Rachel is a firm believer in the power of community and storytelling to create change. Her previous experience includes leading a youth newsroom, developing a blog for people experiencing homelessness, and producing a podcast for women in tech. As Incredible Health's Marketing Associate, she creates content and events to bring nurses together and help them live their best lives.

Sandra Frykman, R.N.
Head of Sales
Sandra began her career as an operating room registered nurse, and innately understands the balance healthcare workers must sometimes strike between their personal career progression, and the priority of delivering the best quality healthcare to the patients even when understaffed and overworked. She is determined to help clinicians find the best possible opportunities, while resolving the #1 problem that health systems face today.
Sandra helps integrate Incredible Health's solutions with top hospitals and health systems, assisting them in solving their largest staffing problems. She has a strong track record of delivering powerful software and hardware technology to large health systems, hospitals, clinics and medical groups. She brings a deep understanding of the many complex issues healthcare is facing having both worked in and sold solutions into various speciality areas within the hospital arena. These solutions include: operating room scheduling software, revenue cycle and patient eligibility, telemedicine, electronic health records, and pharmacy and laboratory automation.
Regional Sales Leader - Central
Chris’ has over 25 years experience in highly successful healthcare sales. Chris started his career at US Surgical, bringing OR solutions to hospitals to make work better and more enjoyable for doctors and nurses. Then McKesson Automated Healthcare, focused on pharmacy automation, solving problems for improving quality of care for pharmacy, nursing and patients as well as impacting the financial bottom line for hospital executives.
Additionally, having experienced owning, starting and successfully running his own business and managing day-to-day business operations, this allowed for a special insight into solving financial and operational issues. He also worked for Aethon, Inc., providing autonomous robots for Healthcare connecting people with automation and allowing the employee to focus on the patient.
His outstanding sales career and wealth of experience allows him to understand the internal struggles hospitals face, focusing on his customers success and helping solve the many complex issues facing hospitals today.
Chris is passionate about being a part of solving the nursing shortage, frustrations with the current hiring process and applying his deep knowledge to helping nurses and hospitals find each other through Incredible Health.
Kiley Griffin, R.N.

As an experienced RN, Kiley leads the fast-growing RN team of 20, that helps nurses on Incredible Health navigate their career options, and present themselves in the best way possible to top employers.
Kiley began her career as a pediatric registered nurse in the Boston area, and spent years as a pediatric case manager and telehealth nurse. She has firsthand experience of the challenges healthcare professionals face with finding and understanding the best career opportunities. Kiley is determined to find a better way: Incredible Health.

Tom loves writing software that improves peoples lives. Tom started programming in 8th grade by writing programs for his TI-82 calculator to check his work.
Tom has built agile web applications for CSC (Pharmaceutical Software), Bloomberg Government (Data Intelligence), and Tout (video/ad tech startup). Tom recognizes the importance of nurses in healthcare and is excited to help in whatever way he can.
