About Incredible Health
On Incredible Health, hospitals connect with nurses and other high shortage healthcare professionals to dramatically speed up the hiring process.
Using the latest in automation, data and recruiting technology, we’re able to provide a fantastic experience for both sides, while addressing our customers’ mission-critical needs–having enough exceptional staff to deliver top-quality care to patients, while also driving revenue and reducing costs.
We are a fun, diverse, and senior team of experienced professionals who have worked in healthcare, technology, consumer and enterprise software across multiple functions. Our team includes medical doctors, registered nurses, software engineers, designers, marketers and sales leaders.

Meet the team

Iman Abuzeid, MD
CEO & Cofounder
Iman is Incredible Health’s resident health and business nerd. A former medical doctor, she’s a McKinsey alumnus and led product management at health tech startups. She also fit in getting a Wharton MBA somewhere in-between. As CEO, she champions Incredible Health’s mission of helping healthcare professionals live better lives, and find and do their best work. To date, Incredible Health is used by hundreds of hospitals across the US, and has raised $17 million from top tier firms like Andreessen Horowitz to fuel its mission.
Iman’s immediate family has 3 surgeons, and as a doctor herself, she understands the importance of choosing the right stepping stones in a clinical career. It’s what drives her belief in Incredible Health and its potential to reliably help clinicians manage their career.

Ryan Williams
Senior Software Engineer
Ryan loves building thoughtful and humane software. He started building commercial database software as a teen, before earning BS and MEng degrees in computer science from MIT. Since then, he built a currency platform used by tens of millions annually (at Linden Lab) and lead the development of a massively multiplayer online game (at Spry Fox). He’s motivated by delighting users and making products that come to life.

Alex Paul
Product Growth Lead
Alex is passionate about building engaging and fast-growing products that delight customers. He honed his skills at Credit Karma and Spark Networks.
Alex works collaboratively with the engineering, design and marketing teams to ship and test features and products. He’s determined to achieve our vision of helping healthcare professionals live better lives, and bring Incredible Health to every healthcare worker across the country!

Chris Culver
Regional Sales Leader – Central
Chris has over 25 years experience in highly successful healthcare sales. Chris started his career at US Surgical, bringing OR solutions to hospitals to make work better and more enjoyable for doctors and nurses. Then McKesson Automated Healthcare, focused on pharmacy automation, solving problems for improving quality of care for pharmacy, nursing and patients as well as impacting the financial bottom line for hospital executives.
Additionally, having experienced owning, starting and successfully running his own business and managing day-to-day business operations, this allowed for a special insight into solving financial and operational issues. He also worked for Aethon, Inc., providing autonomous robots for Healthcare connecting people with automation and allowing the employee to focus on the patient.
His outstanding sales career and wealth of experience allows him to understand the internal struggles hospitals face, focusing on his customers success and helping solve the many complex issues facing hospitals today.
Chris is passionate about being a part of solving the nursing shortage, frustrations with the current hiring process and applying his deep knowledge to helping nurses and hospitals find each other through Incredible Health.

Shannon Rayes
Customer Success Manager
Prior to joining the Incredible Health team, Shannon spent 15 years dedicated to helping her customers meet and exceed their goals for preventive care, chronic condition management, health navigation and wellbeing. She has extensive experience managing complex projects and programs on behalf of employer groups and health plans at companies including Healthways, American Specialty Health and Castlight Health.
Shannon is determined to continue helping customers exceed their goals and achieve Incredible Health’s vision of helping healthcare professionals live better lives, and find and do their best work!

Greg Paulus
Regional Sales Leader
Greg is a zealous improver of efficiency and process in healthcare. He’s a seasoned executive that has experienced and learned first-hand the inefficiencies and fragmented nature of healthcare while working in the industry for the past 25 years. This has fueled his charge to drive technology, quality and lean practices that augment performance in hospitals and deliver results to those that keep us healthy.
Rooted in pharmaceuticals with over a decade in Pfizer at the helm of sales and account management for multiple territories across the U.S. to his transition into healthcare technology by joining startup athenahealth. Greg has evolved with the industry to develop value added healthcare strategies.
More recently Greg has turned his attention to consulting where he has spent the last 7 years helping many early-stage healthcare companies refine their product offerings, establish healthcare-based ROI sales approaches and design and implement their go-to-market strategies.

Max Wenneker
Head of Operations
Max loves all things people and operations. After his undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior from Washington University in St. Louis, Max spent six years at Uber. There, and at Uber’s subsidiary, JUMP, he helped build and lead Operations teams for a number of businesses and regions, including a three-year stint in Brazil and Mexico. After leaving Uber in early 2020, Max built up a consulting practice in which he helped early-stage startups tackle operational and organizational challenges. Max is passionate about people enablement, servant leadership, process improvement, and professional development. As of recently, he has also become passionate about baking. He has attempted over 50 different scone recipes in the last 18 months. Nearly half of them resulted in edible baked goods and, like any good process improvement project, the success rate continues to increase.

Rome Portlock
CTO & Cofounder
Rome builds awesome products. He perfected his craft at Amazon, Eventbrite, Linden Lab and AliveCor, by way of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Rome’s family has 3 nurses. Realizing the way they found jobs was slow and frustrating, he set his mind to building a better way. Enter Incredible Health.

John Eads
Head of Sales
John has over 25 years experience building and managing successful healthcare sales organizations. He is passionate about being a part of the change required to improve the availability and quality of healthcare. John has worked with three different healthcare technology companies providing solutions that made the healthcare experience better for providers and patients.
Serving as Vice President of Sales at athenahealth for 12 years, John led the sales teams that created exponential revenue growth that culminated in athenahealth’s successful public offering on NASDAQ.
John is excited to be a member of the Incredible Health team as we continue to reinvent the market by providing solutions that solve complex healthcare staffing problems, and continue to improve the patient experience by helping nurses and hospitals come together through Incredible Health.

Yasin Abdul-Hakeem
Senior Software Engineer
Yasin loves solving meaningful problems. He previously worked at PlanGrid, building product features and laying the groundwork for a resilient and global infrastructure, as well as Flexport, shipping tools to help the Customs team clear shipments in a timely and compliant manner. He studied CS and business in Morocco, earning a Diplôme d’Ingénieur from EHTP and an MBA from ENPC.

Jane Ha
Head of Design
Jane is passionate about designing simple and delightful user experiences. Prior to joining Incredible Health, Jane was a Design Lead at IDEO, a global design agency. At IDEO, Jane worked on a variety of digital experiences for brands such as Verizon, Ford, Intercorp, RightRice, as well as IDEO’s very own website and award-winning blog. In her earlier design life, Jane applied her skills as a creative director at AliveCor, a healthcare device company, as well as an art director at Benefit Cosmetics, designing and developing the brand’s digital presence globally.

Matt Barto
Senior Software Engineer
Matt loves shipping features. He has been building websites and apps since graduating from Penn State. At Incredible Health, he hopes to help the team build features to enable all nurses across america to live their best lives.

Garrison Yang
Growth Marketing Lead
Garrison is Incredible Health’s growth guy. Prior to Incredible Health, Garrison led growth for Facebook’s Disruptors program, where he helped scale some of the fastest growing businesses across health tech, fintech and DTC eCommerce. He has also built ad tech at Olapic and designed renewable energy products at Engie.
Garrison’s focus is bringing every single healthcare professional in the world into Incredible Health’s products.

Audrey Ball
Customer Success Manager
Audrey has a passion for helping others achieve their greatest potential. Prior to joining Incredible Health, she spent the last 11 years dedicated to building successful teams, improving operational processes, and establishing solid client relationships in the health and wellness industry. In addition to working at WebMD and Community Health Network, Audrey further honed her skills at American Specialty Health.
She upholds Incredible Health’s values by striving for daily intentional excellence by working closely with customers to exceed goals and having some fun along the way!

Amarinder Syan
Senior Client Success Manager
Amarinder loves taking care of Incredible Health’s hospital clients! She honed her skills at Blue Shield of California and Boost Consulting. She’s worked with providers on revenue cycle solutions and payor relations. At Incredible Health, she ensures the success of top hospital teams hiring top candidates.

Leyla Farazha
Senior Software Engineer
Leyla builds awesome products that people love. She perfected her craft at Facebook, Linden Lab and Qualcomm, by way of the University of California Berkeley.
Leyla loves solving tough problems for businesses and customers, and is dedicated to helping health professionals find the best job opportunities.

Tom Hallett
Senior Software Engineer
Tom loves writing software that improves peoples lives. Tom started programming in 8th grade by writing programs for his TI-82 calculator to check his work.
Tom has built agile web applications for CSC (Pharmaceutical Software), Bloomberg Government (Data Intelligence), and Tout (video/ad tech startup). Tom recognizes the importance of nurses in healthcare and is excited to help in whatever way he can.

Kiley Griffin, R.N.
Talent Advocate Leader
As an experienced RN, Kiley leads the fast-growing RN team of 20, that helps nurses on Incredible Health navigate their career options, and present themselves in the best way possible to top employers.
Kiley began her career as a pediatric registered nurse in the Boston area, and spent years as a pediatric case manager and telehealth nurse. She has firsthand experience of the challenges healthcare professionals face with finding and understanding the best career opportunities. Kiley is determined to find a better way: Incredible Health.

Andrea Hipolito, R.N.
Talent Advocate Leader
Andrea started with a passion for all things medical when she was in elementary school. The concept of “Healthcare” and the holistic aspects of both the science and compassion behind it have always held her interest. Andrea started her career in 1999 and has delved into most aspects of the healthcare industry including private practice, ancillary, outpatient, bedside, project management, quality assurance/control, credentialing and startups as well as administration. However, being part of the team that changes the lives of the people that save lives has been the best part of her journey yet!

John Gower
Content & SEO Lead
John has been helping mission-driven companies develop, improve, and share their online content and tools for the past eight years. His experience spans from helping young adults making their first financial decisions, to car owners troubleshooting their vehicle, to families learning more about their history. Lately, he’s excited to be using his experience to make Incredible Health a leading destination for resources on healthcare careers and to help healthcare professionals be successful in the workplace!

Allie Rawson
Enterprise Marketing Lead
Allie is passionate about helping talented people find their next role and making sure they’re paid fairly once they get there. Prior to joining Incredible Health, she worked at Carta on the Fair Equity is Table Stakes initiative, in addition to several other projects. She’s helped LinkedIn, Carta, and now Incredible Health tell their stories and drive growth for over 5 years. She earned a BA in History from Northwestern University but has not used her degree since achieving gainful employment. Allie loves trying new hobbies and is mediocre at almost all of them.

Mark Reeder
Senior Software Engineer
Mark loves building delightful software that helps make the world a better place. Over his career, he has worked in software within a variety of industries, at companies ranging in size from 2-25,000+. Some of his notable work includes helping build one of the first web-based music services at Napster and more recently, working on self-driving vehicle projects at Uber. He’s excited to help Incredible Health empower healthcare professionals to find and do their best work.
