Abbie Chobot, RN
Abbie’s past nursing experiences include the emergency department, cardiology/cath lab, as well as aesthetics. In her free time, she enjoys flipping furniture and thrifting for home decor!
Aisha is a curious technical marketer who is unafraid of opening new doors that lead to challenging opportunities. Prior to joining Incredible health, she was a Marketing Manager at a Seattle-based law agency, where she discovered the joy in problem-solving through coding. Her knowledge and passion for learning led her to enrollment at a front-end development bootcamp. Within 6 months, she was able to write and optimize code in projects like weather and dictionary apps that used real-time data. She hopes to contribute to Incredible Health’s mission by making resources quickly and easily accessible for nurses across the country. When she is not diving into the data, she is often found playing video games or rock climbing!
Ajay is passionate about delivering extraordinary client experiences. He graduated from East Carolina University and spent a number of years at the Brody School of Medicine doing Epigenetics research. After school, he joined Relias, where he helped Hospitals and Health Systems optimize use of their learning management systems and facilitated the identification of risk for these organization’s Obstetrics departments to reduce mortality/morbidity. He is excited to empower healthcare professionals with the tools necessary to do their best work through Incredible Health.
Alaa loves to build products that are thoughtful, easy to use, and get the job done. She has a background in design strategy, business, and product management. She spent the last few years at Lyft and previously graduated from Harvard Business School with her MBA, and Stanford University with her Bachelors. Alaa is passionate about our vision of helping healthcare professionals live better lives! She enjoys working everyday with smart, motivated, and caring teammates.
Allie is passionate about helping talented people find their next role and making sure they’re paid fairly once they get there. Prior to joining Incredible Health, she worked at Carta on the Fair Equity is Table Stakes initiative, in addition to several other projects. She’s helped LinkedIn, Carta, and now Incredible Health tell their stories and drive growth for over 5 years. She earned a BA in History from Northwestern University but has not used her degree since achieving gainful employment. Allie loves trying new hobbies and is mediocre at almost all of them.
Bill Zhang, MHSA, MSE
Bill thrives on solving meaningful problems with data and teamwork.
With 10 years of experience in healthcare, Bill has crafted Value-based Care strategies from EHR/claims data, optimized hospital supply chains, implemented technology tools and led medical group operations. He leverages his engineering training and industry knowledge to build sustainable and efficient processes. Bill is also enthusiastic about growing diverse teams, where everyone is a leader in their own way.
Prior to joining Incredible Health, Bill was leading 13 clinical departments at Kaiser Permanente. He received two master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and Healthcare Management from University of Michigan. He is a competitive rower, avid cyclist, and self-proclaimed foodie.
Helping clients achieve positive outcomes & delivering exceptional customer experiences is what motivates Brady. He has a passion for solving problems & using data to improve processes. Prior to joining the Incredible Health team, he worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at DocuTap, an Electronic Health Record software focused on urgent care. He most recently served as a Customer Success Manager at LogicStream, where he helped health systems leverage EHR data for clinical process improvement projects. In his free time, Brady enjoys NBA games, testing local restaurants & spending time with his wife and dog.
Brandonn Hulse, RN
Brandonn worked as an Oncology Nurse prior to joining Incredible Health and has a background in research. When he’s not working he loves to spend time vacationing and trying local restaurants and bars.
Bri is obsessed with delivering exceptional service and experiences for both hospitals and nurses! Prior to joining the Incredible Health team, she held several roles throughout the healthcare field. From providing direct patient care as a health navigator and directing a statewide program centered around comorbid conditions at Preferred Family Healthcare, to building an emergency room diversion program at Centene Corporation, to collaborating with behavioral health agencies to analyze data and improve outcomes with Relias. Lately, she has been working to help empower healthcare professionals to find and do their best work!
Brytne Hinton, RN
Born and raised in South Mississippi. Brytne has 10 years of experience in Pulmonary Medicine. When she is not busy with her children’s sporting activities, you can find her at the gym.
Catharine Houstoun, RN
After graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Biology, Catharine went on to earn her nursing degree. Catharine began her career on the Pediatric Unit, and was most recently the Lactation Educator on the Perinatal and Postpartum Units. Catharine currently lives in Nebraska with her husband and three children.
Charice is a data-driven problem solver focused on ensuring that customers achieve success. After graduating from Michigan State University’s James Madison College, she worked in retail business development until healthcare caught her attention. In 2018, Charice began working in healthcare staffing, where she assisted families and various providers in fulfilling their nursing needs.
She believes that healthcare technology is revolutionizing the field, enhancing the entire experience for both patients and medical professionals. Charice is excited to be a member of the Incredible Health team as we continue to improve the hiring process for both nurses and hospitals.
In her spare time, you can find Charice traveling, crafting, or spoiling her dog.
Chris has over 25 years experience in highly successful healthcare sales. Chris started his career at US Surgical, bringing OR solutions to hospitals to make work better and more enjoyable for doctors and nurses. Then McKesson Automated Healthcare, focused on pharmacy automation, solving problems for improving quality of care for pharmacy, nursing and patients as well as impacting the financial bottom line for hospital executives.
Additionally, having experienced owning, starting and successfully running his own business and managing day-to-day business operations, this allowed for a special insight into solving financial and operational issues. He also worked for Aethon, Inc., providing autonomous robots for Healthcare connecting people with automation and allowing the employee to focus on the patient.
His outstanding sales career and wealth of experience allows him to understand the internal struggles hospitals face, focusing on his customers success and helping solve the many complex issues facing hospitals today.
Chris is passionate about being a part of solving the nursing shortage, frustrations with the current hiring process and applying his deep knowledge to helping nurses and hospitals find each other through Incredible Health.
Chris is not your normal marketer. He blends extensive marketing experience with a technical background to bring creative lifecycle programs to life. His start in a small family business has helped him keep a personal touch as he scales experiences across large businesses. After more than 7 years developing lifecycle programs at StubHub, Chris is looking forward to finding new ways to enhance the customer journey at Incredible Health.
Chris loves building software that makes people’s lives easier. He studied CS at Penn State and created software for the telecom, consumer electronics, government, banking, and energy industries. He is excited to help healthcare professionals remove the pain of finding their dream job.
Christabel Nyanta, RN
Christabel has been a Registered Nurse for 7 years, specializing in pediatrics and nephrology. She really enjoys building relationships with her patients and families over time, especially during their long treatments. Using the skills she learned during her nursing career, Christabel enjoys empowering nurses to find their next dream job. Christabel loves traveling and sightseeing with her family.
Colt Harrow, RN
Colt is a Registered Nurse with a background in Cardiac Care and Emergency Medicine. He is a big fan of hiking, canoeing and any foreign travel especially if it involves food.
Courtney Webster, RN
Courtney’s nursing background is in the NICU and pediatrics. When she’s not working, she loves to hike, attempt indoor rock climbing, watch limited series on Netflix, explore new places, and play with her energetic Australian Shepherd.
Crystal Klaas, RN, BSN
Born and raised in San Diego, CA—Crystal started off her nursing career in the CVICU after graduating from National University with her BSN. Her passion for critical care knowledge and patient care grew as she transitioned into working in the PACU and OR. With her experience in the acute care setting and cross-training, Crystal is familiar with the needs and desires that nurses have when looking for new employment. Her team maintains current knowledge of what hospitals are looking for to best prepare nurses for success through their interview stages and ultimately find their dream job!
Damaris Leal, RN
Damaris is an RN with over 7 years of experience as a Neurology and Emergency Room nurse. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking, photography, & spending time with her family and friends.
Danny has over 10 years of experience in marketing and a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. Danny started out his career as a Control System engineer for nuclear power plants in Chicago after graduating with an Electrical Engineering degree from the University at Buffalo before changing career paths to where he is today.
Prior to Incredible Health, Danny worked in China for four years and helped companies with their global expansion efforts. Outside of work, he enjoys all kinds of outdoor sports, such as golfing, fishing and skiing, but now his free time has been taken up by his 1 year old son.
Danny is very excited about joining the enterprise marketing team at Incredible Health and strongly believes in the company’s vision of helping healthcare professionals live better lives.
Dionne Persio, RN
Dionne Persio is a Talent Scheduler for Incredible Health. She is passionate about helping nurses live better lives. Holding a BS in Business Administration, she is also a Registered Nurse with Medical Surgical Float Team, Hospice Case Management and Patient Care Management experience. Residing in rural Pennsylvania, she feels strongly about empowerment through technology and has a love of the performing arts.
Erica De La Paz, RN
Born and raised in the Philippines, Erica began her journey as an RN in her home country in the field of Med/Surg, PCU/Stepdown, Infusion, HBOT, Education, and Functional Medicine. As she embarked on a new path here in the US, she focused more on the administrative side of Nursing. Her personal experiences in searching for the right opportunity that fits her family dynamics are what inspires her to help nurses find jobs that are tailor-fitted to their way of life, which is what Incredible Health is all about!
Erica Loor, RN
Erica is part of Incredible Health’s operations team. She has attained a Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is currently in grad school pursuing her master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
During her free time, Erica loves to travel, take photos and create new memories. When she is not exploring new cities around the world, Erica enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She also loves all things Harry Potter and Baby Yoda!
Erica uses her extensive education, as well as her love for people and life to influence her work life. Erica is a strong believer in offering the best possible support within Incredible Health to ensure and promote both customer and employee success.
Garrison is Incredible Health’s growth guy. Prior to Incredible Health, Garrison led growth for Facebook’s Disruptors program, where he helped scale some of the fastest growing businesses across health tech, fintech and DTC eCommerce. He has also built ad tech at Olapic and designed renewable energy products at Engie.
Garrison’s focus is bringing every single healthcare professional in the world into Incredible Health’s products.
Greg first became interested in writing software at an after school club learning how to write HTML. This interest guided him towards getting a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. After working primarily in the payments and insurance industries, Greg is excited to tackle new problems helping health care professionals find and do their best work. When not working, you can find Greg somewhere in Arizona hiking with his family or tending to his fruit trees and garden.
Greg is a zealous improver of efficiency and process in healthcare. He’s a seasoned executive that has experienced and learned first-hand the inefficiencies and fragmented nature of healthcare while working in the industry for the past 25 years. This has fueled his charge to drive technology, quality and lean practices that augment performance in hospitals and deliver results to those that keep us healthy.
Rooted in pharmaceuticals with over a decade in Pfizer at the helm of sales and account management for multiple territories across the U.S. to his transition into healthcare technology by joining startup athenahealth. Greg has evolved with the industry to develop value added healthcare strategies.
More recently Greg has turned his attention to consulting where he has spent the last 7 years helping many early-stage healthcare companies refine their product offerings, establish healthcare-based ROI sales approaches and design and implement their go-to-market strategies.
A true customer advocate, Gurdev is relentless in exceeding customer expectations. He’s passionate about building teams and operations to drive positive outcomes for customers. Gurdev graduated with his Bachelors in Health Administration and Public Policy, with a focus in Hospital Administration. He’s spent the last 6 years building Customer Success functions and operations at high-growth venture-backed health tech startups. He’s excited to work with a world class team to deliver outcomes for Incredible Health’s partners!
Hannah’s education is rooted in human physiology and nutrition, but shortly after beginning her career in health-tech, she quickly developed an affinity for the business side of Medicine and Healthcare delivery.
Hannah’s experience runs the gamut, from opening brick and mortar wellness sites and managing a team of Physical Therapists, to automating health insurance verification and streamlining biometric data collection. Most recently, she spent the past two years leading an Operations team at Virta Health where she focused on streamlining processes that enabled revenue collection and maintaining Virta’s clinical standards of care.
She’s excited to bring her experience scaling internal teams to Incredible Health to help healthcare workers find and do their best work!
Ida is a user-centered designer with her roots in studio art. She honed her design skills through B2B start-ups and companies such as Salesforce, Anduin Transactions and Polymorph. At Salesforce, she designed the Einstein logo featured in Dreamforce 2018 conference. Then developed the rebrand for Anduin Transactions. At Incredible Health, she finds herself diving deep into the world of nursing and healthcare to build designs that better engage the community it serves. During her off-hours, Ida can be found gaming.
Iman Abuzeid, MD
Iman is Incredible Health’s resident health and business nerd. A former medical doctor, she’s a McKinsey alumnus and led product management at health tech startups. She also fit in getting a Wharton MBA somewhere in-between. As CEO, she champions Incredible Health’s mission of helping healthcare professionals live better lives, and find and do their best work. To date, Incredible Health is used by hundreds of hospitals across the US, and has raised $17 million from top tier firms like Andreessen Horowitz to fuel its mission.
Iman’s immediate family has 3 surgeons, and as a doctor herself, she understands the importance of choosing the right stepping stones in a clinical career. It’s what drives her belief in Incredible Health and its potential to reliably help clinicians manage their career.
Jack Kluesner, RN
Jack lives in Boise, Idaho and currently works as a night shift nurse in the PICU. He loves to camp and hike with his wife and is learning how to hunt. Jack is always looking for a good book or podcast recommendation as well. You will probably hear Jack on your voicemail reminding you of your interview requests!
Jake is passionate about delivering world class customer service to his healthcare partners to gain maximum value out of products and to build lasting relationships. He enjoys creating unique solutions to problems to help increase efficiency across an organization. Jake has a background working in patient communications with enterprise healthcare systems all across the nation. Outside of work, Jake enjoys adventuring and exploring the outdoors striving to test his limits and expand his boundaries.
James serves as Incredible Health’s Content Manager. He’s always loved stories, no matter the medium. He learned his craft as a newspaper reporter and from reading the likes of Joseph Mitchell and John McPhee. He stepped away to join the family business in retail before returning to writing and editing as a content marketer. He has an MA in journalism from Syracuse University and a BA in history from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jami Woods, RN
Jami has been a nurse for over 15 years with a background that includes oncology and as a Director of Infection Prevention. Jami started at Incredible Health in the fall of 2018 as a nurse screener and has since moved into the role of East Coast Nurse Screener Team Lead. Jami currently lives in the Kansas City area with her husband and twin daughters. Jami loves helping nurses and getting things done efficiently!
Jane is passionate about designing simple and delightful user experiences. Prior to joining Incredible Health, Jane was a Design Lead at IDEO, a global design agency. At IDEO, Jane worked on a variety of digital experiences for brands such as Verizon, Ford, Intercorp, RightRice, as well as IDEO’s very own website and award-winning blog. In her earlier design life, Jane applied her skills as a creative director at AliveCor, a healthcare device company, as well as an art director at Benefit Cosmetics, designing and developing the brand’s digital presence globally.
Janita has over 25 years of experience in healthcare sales and is passionate about helping improve the current healthcare landscape through enhanced access to care and optimized clinical outcomes.
She has worked extensively with healthcare leaders and understands the complexity of clinical, operational, and financial challenges faced as a result of staffing shortages. Janita believes happy nurses provide better patient care and she is excited to be part of the Incredible Health team focused on helping healthcare professionals live better lives by finding and doing their best work.
Jenise loves driving growth through creative innovation and digital media. Originally pursuing filmmaking, she realized that her passion was helping companies grow through the power of storytelling and finding creative ways to share those stories. Jenise is dedicated to bringing more healthcare professionals to Incredible Health’s platforms.
Jeremy is an evangelist for the belief that organizations create value through people. Trained as an educational policy historian, Jeremy found that his passion for helping people was more directly sated by L&D work. Jeremy is committed to modernizing how people lead and the way companies support their workforce. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, publishing, utilities, and manufacturing, Jeremy has helped institutions discover and enable their culture, establish leadership capabilities, and craft strategic solutions to develop and retain the best people.

Jessica Reichert, RN
Jessica (She/Her), BSN, RN, a former Labor & Delivery RN, is a current Student Nurse Midwife and a Nurse Screener at Incredible Health. Her career started as a Med-Surg RN at a critical access hospital in Nebraska, then returned to her hometown to work in a birthing unit. She is currently completing clinicals in Colorado, and plans to graduate with her Masters of Science in Nursing in September, 2022.
John’s superpower is building industry-leading sales teams.
John is a healthcare veteran, with more than 25 years of experience building and managing successful sales teams. His experience includes 12 years at athenahealth, where his sales team’s exponential revenue growth led the company from early stage to IPO on the NASDAQ.
John came to Incredible Health looking for the next healthcare technology company to help grow into a global business and brand. He’s excited to be part of an organization that is fundamentally changing how nurses and hospital systems come together to provide excellent patient care.
John has been helping mission-driven companies develop, improve, and share their online content and tools for the past eight years. His experience spans from helping young adults making their first financial decisions, to car owners troubleshooting their vehicle, to families learning more about their history. Lately, he’s excited to be using his experience to make Incredible Health a leading destination for resources on healthcare careers and to help healthcare professionals be successful in the workplace!
Julie Ann Sabangan
Julie Ann originally wanted to study nursing in college. She always wanted to be able to help others, but after a few semesters, Julie Ann realized that she enjoyed her business classes and switched her major to Business Administration. After college, she found great mentors that allowed her to grow her interest in accounting. She’s excited to be a part of an organization dedicated to helping nurses and hospitals.
Kaci Nguyen, RN
Kaci has always had a passion for healthcare. Ever since earning her nursing degree in 2015, her motivation to help others has only continued to grow. After spending the last few years as an emergency department nurse, Kaci decided she wanted to help nurses do their best work through Incredible Health as a Nurse Screener.
Since college, Kari has had a passion for the field of finance. She is passionate about numbers and enjoys seeing and improving financial outcomes. Kari loves to connect with those who are constantly curious in making the future a better place.
Kari is excited about sharing her knowledge and looks forward to using her years of experience to make a difference in the healthcare space.
Karina Barker, RN
Karina is an RN with experience that includes inpatient cardiology, outpatient heart failure and functional/preventive medicine. When she is not working, she loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and hiking.
Katie Padberg, RN
Katie is a registered nurse from St. Louis, MO with a passion for connecting with others, making memories with loved ones and her two kitties, and spending time outdoors appreciating a sunny day. She has a background of psychiatric nursing and is currently pursuing her MSN to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner. With a holistic, person-centered approach, she openly welcomes any opportunity to make a positive difference and loves the work she does at Incredible Health!
Kayla Fikes, RN
From a very young age, Kayla set out to become a Neonatal Intensive Care nurse. After earning her BSN in 2015, she moved to Nashville, TN, and pursued that goal where she worked in the NICU for 5 years, taking care of the tiniest warriors. Kayla is passionate about helping other nurses pursue their dreams and help make them their reality. In her free time, Kayla likes to travel to National Parks with her husband and daughter.
Ken is passionate about creating positive client experiences and forming strong bonds. He graduated from Whitworth University in Washington State, and worked for several years in the emergency department medical scribe industry as an Operations Manager. He would later join Quartet Health to deliver a mental health technology solution to physicians and health plans who need it. Ken is excited to continue empowering healthcare professionals at Incredible Health, and enjoys making art and playing tabletop games in his spare time.
Langley is a full-funnel operations leader. His experience spans across marketing, sales, and success operations.
Langley has built operations teams at Inc. 5000 companies and Fortune 500 businesses. Most recently, at JumpCloud he was the first operations hire and helped 25X the valuation.
He joined Incredible Health to be part of a world-class organization and help build the revenue teams, systems, and processes necessary to help healthcare professionals find and do their best work.
Laura Hibbet, RN
Laura is an RN with experience in emergency, PACU, and infusion settings for adult and pediatric patients. She is from Rhode Island originally and currently lives in South Carolina. She enjoys time at the beach and her 2 dogs!
Lauren Shaffer, RN
This is talent advocate Lauren! Her nursing background is in General Surgery, Trauma and the Operating Room. She loves anything active and outdoors which include yoga, running, hiking, biking, skiing and snowboarding. If it’s a beautiful weekend day, it’s hard to keep her inside!
Lea Zinyemba, BSN, RN
As a seasoned RN, Lea leads the East Coast Talent Advocates and Schedulers, who provide support to nurses throughout their interview journey with Incredible Health. From preparing for interviews, perfecting resumes or providing insight on our hospital partners, Lea and the East Coast talent advocate / scheduling team aim to support you every step of the way.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA – Lea began her career as a telemetry / medical surgical registered nurse in Cincinnati, OH after graduating from Xavier University with her BSN. She continued her nursing career in diverse community and public health settings abroad for several years. Lea is passionate about developing teams, developing operational improvements & most importantly developing nurses into their full potential!
LesLee Hamby-Hoover, RN
LesLee is an ADN with almost 10 years of experience in a variety of fields, including Med/Surg, Oncology, Home Health, Skilled Nursing Facility, Primary Care, Mental Health, Surgical Office, and Wound Care. LesLee’s compassion for caring and empathy for people has been present from an early age, and she has always been called tender-hearted.
She grew up in western Kentucky in the country and still lives in the area with her 2 cats, 1 dog, 2 kids, and husband. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crochet, crafting, sarcasm, and snarky comments 🙂
Leyla builds awesome products that people love. She perfected her craft at Facebook, Linden Lab and Qualcomm, by way of the University of California Berkeley.
Leyla loves solving tough problems for businesses and customers, and is dedicated to helping health professionals find the best job opportunities.
Lindsey Wolfe, RN
Brought up in North Florida – shortly after graduating with her BSN and starting on a PCU unit, Lindsey decided a remote nursing career was the best fit for her life, and has loved every minute of it. When she is not at her computer, you can find her baking in the kitchen or doing an activity involving creativity.
MacKenzie Bowker, RN
Born and raised in a small town in Nebraska, MacKenzie found her passion for caring for others when she helped care for her elderly grandparents until they passed away in her early twenties. MacKenzie went on to earn her BSN and become a Labor and Delivery nurse. After a few years of bedside nursing, MacKenzie joined the Incredible Health team as a Nurse Screener. In her free time, she enjoys being outside and spending time with her son.
Madi Simons, RN
Madi brings 10+ years of nursing experience to the Incredible Health team in her role as a Nure Screener. Born and raised in rural Nebraska, she found an early passion for helping others, leading her to pursue nursing at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. With experience in Ortho/Trauma, Med/Surg, Pediatrics, NICU and Mother/Baby, Madi is familiar with a variety of aspects in healthcare and is passionate about helping nurses find and do their best work. Mark loves building delightful software that helps make the world a better place. Over his career, he has worked in software within a variety of industries, at companies ranging in size from 2-25,000+. Some of his notable work includes helping build one of the first web-based music services at Napster and more recently, working on self-driving vehicle projects at Uber. He’s excited to help Incredible Health empower healthcare professionals to find and do their best work.
Matt loves shipping features. He has been building websites and apps since graduating from Penn State. At Incredible Health, he hopes to help the team build features to enable all nurses across america to live their best lives.
Matt enjoys building relationships with his partners, while delivering results and an overall exceptional customer experience. Prior to joining Incredible Health, Matt spent just under seven years with NRC Health, helping healthcare organizations better understand and serve their communities with unique market research and patient experience data. He attended the University of Missouri where he received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and his Masters of Education with an emphasis in Health Education & Promotion.
In his spare time, you can find Matt planning his next trip with his wife, trying to improve his golf game and spending time with his dog, Chauncey.
Matt has been interested in technology since he was a child, and has worked with startups for over a decade to help grow the top engineering teams in Silicon Valley. Having been diagnosed in 2012 with Multiple Sclerosis, medical professionals (especially nurses) have made a huge impact on Matt’s life. Megan comes to Incredible Health after spending 9 years at Geisinger, working primarily for its Autism & Developmental Medicine Institute. She’s excited to bring her expertise in strategic partnership development and project management in support of Incredible Health’s sales team – she can’t wait to play a role in bringing new healthcare systems on board.
Megan enjoys cooking almost as much as she enjoys eating, rooting for Philly sports teams, and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs.
Mei Ling Anderson, RN
Mei Ling has the nursing ‘know-how’ and the data analysis to back it up.
Mei Ling spent six years as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency and PreOp/PACU departments before transitioning to a clinical data analyst on the Epic team at Denver Health Hospital. Mei Ling is passionate about building client relationships and improving patient care through the implementation and delivery of creative staffing solutions based on data-driven processes.
As a former collegiate gymnast, Mei Ling understands how to be flexible and adaptive, disciplined and creative, and how a strong team delivers on all-around performance.
Michaelann Brasgalla, RN
Michaelann has been an RN for about a year and a half. She started her nursing career as an RN on a Neuroscience ICU. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, baking, and reading!
Michelle Miller, RN
Michelle has been a nurse for 7 years. She started her nursing career in a PCU and ER. Michelle started in the medical field at 18 as an EMT. Michelle now works as a Nurse Screener in all time zones. Michelle loves to be outside and enjoy time with her husband and four young kids.
Mike is passionate about problem solving, client experience, and data-driven outcomes. A huge Blues fan, Mike grew up in Saint Louis before attending Truman State University where he received his undergraduate degree. He spent 5 years at Preferred Family Healthcare developing a love for problem solving serving as the Statewide Director of Disease Management and the Amazing Access Coordinator. From there, Mike honed his craft in data analysis transitioning to Centene as a Product Analyst with the goal of providing the best healthcare possible to almost 800,000 Aged, Blind, and Disabled members. After that, Mike brought his passion for the client experience to life at Relias, serving as a Client Success Manager for behavioral health providers. Mike wanted to tie all of his passions together and found the perfect opportunity. Enter Incredible Health. In his free time, you’ll find Mike passionately discussing the brilliance of Disney and Marvel movies, playing board games, testing the limits of spicy foods, and telling top-notch dad-jokes to his wife and dog.
Molly Rindt, RN
Molly leads the Central and West Coast Teams. After starting her nursing career in the Emergency Department in Baltimore, MD, she has worked in many different states and brings her skills and expertise to Incredible Health. She is passionate about bridging communication between teams to improve workflow. Molly is dedicated to helping empower nurses to find their best jobs. She works hard to provide nurses on our platform with all the details and information to ensure success in their hiring journey. In her free time she enjoys cooking, playing games and spending time with her family.
Naiara Dussan, RN
Naiara studied nursing at the University of Florida and began her career as an ICU RN in South Florida where she became the youngest charge nurse of the hospital! After that, she went to San Francisco to work as a travel nurse before joining a team in a MICU. Naiara left the USA to travel the world in 2018 and worked remotely in business and customer success at startups. She now lives in Portugal and loves helping other nurses through Incredible Health.
Originating from Seattle, Nakita found herself traveling the United States after college. With a background and undergraduate degree in Fine Art and Humanities, she landed in the Southeast and started her career at Lyft. During her five years there, she helped set standards for their accident and claims department, improved on-the-ground operations, and helped build multiple partnerships and B2B products with private and public companies, and local city and state municipalities across seven states. Nakita found a passion for the tech sector by learning to read and write code, helping analyze current operations to improve business projections, and simplifying processes for multiple teams. On off days, she spends her time on the water paddle boarding, running races, learning new coding skills, and continues to create art. She feels excited to apply her skills helping nurses in the Healthcare industry to realize their fullest potential.
Pooja Sharma, RN
Pooja is the central team scheduler here at Incredible Health! She is also a registered nurse with a background in Rehabilitation, Geriatrics and Public Health. She is looking forward to supporting you in finding your new dream job!
As people are a company’s most valuable asset, Pranav enjoys building processes that recognize and support employees for their mission-driven work and also helping teammates cultivate strong kinship and camaraderie. Prior to People Operations, he spent several years in client-facing roles in the healthcare technology space, including at Incredible Health. When he’s not working, Pranav enjoys all things vegan, NBA, and Star Wars related.
Rebecca Brown, RN
Rebecca Brown is a Talent Advocate with Incredible Health. She is a Registered Nurse, BSN CNOR with experience in Pediatric ICU/ ER and Perioperative Services. Originally born and raised in Kansas City, MO, she now resides in Denver, CO with her husband, two dogs, and a horse named Moose! Other than helping nurses find and do their best work, she enjoys traveling the world, horseback riding, and hiking.
Reyna is Incredible Health’s social lead, always scrolling to keep up with the latest trends. She has a passion for storying telling and photography, and is dedicated to creating content that is not only resourceful but also fun and memorable!
Before joining Incredible Health, Reyna built community programs at Patreon and Grove Collaborative and lead social strategy for CPG brands like Daring Foods and The NutriBullet.
Rome builds awesome products. He perfected his craft at Amazon, Eventbrite, Linden Lab and AliveCor, by way of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Rome’s family has 3 nurses. Realizing the way they found jobs was slow and frustrating, he set his mind to building a better way. Enter Incredible Health.
Ryan is a passionate people-focused person who isn’t afraid to get his hands “dirty” if it means seeing a customer succeed. Healthcare has always been his passion and focusing on using that passion to improve the ways in which it’s providers provide care to the greater population.
Prior to his time at Incredible Health, Ryan worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant before making the transition into the world of software implementation and customer management. Most recently he partnered with regional healthcare systems, payer provider plans, and community health centers in the state of Pennsylvania (and beyond) to implement, launch, and manage a platform targeted to provide service to the underserved and vulnerable populations.
Ryan loves building thoughtful and humane software. He started building commercial database software as a teen, before earning BS and MEng degrees in computer science from MIT. Since then, he built a currency platform used by tens of millions annually (at Linden Lab) and lead the development of a massively multiplayer online game (at Spry Fox). He’s motivated by delighting users and making products that come to life.
Sara Sweat, MA
Sara believes in the power of relationships.
Bringing nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare technology to her role at Incredible Health, Sara has spent her career successfully leading sales, performance coaching, and client management teams – across Payer, Provider, and Channel Partner segments. She values authenticity, collaboration, and creativity and has leveraged those skills in her previous roles at companies like Teladoc Health and Change Healthcare.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance and a Masters in Counseling and is an active advocate of mental health in her local community. She believes strongly in the mission of our organization and is honored to be part of Incredible Health.
Shelby Gukeisen, RN
Shelby is from Iowa and has had a passion for helping others all her life. She started her nursing career with geriatrics in a skilled nursing facility. She did a complete turn around when she began working in Labor and Delivery supporting moms and newborns. Now her passion for helping others has transitioned to helping nurses find their dream jobs! In her free time Shelby is a homebody and enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
Sierra Lucas, RN
Sierra is a registered nurse. She has worked in the PCU, float pool, and currently works as an infusion nurse. When she is not working, she enjoys meditating, reading and taking dance classes. Stephanie Del Castillo, RN
Stephanie was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She has 8 years of nursing experience working in different areas including Med/Tele, Pre/Post Op, and school nursing. When she is not working she loves traveling with her husband and twin girls.
Tom loves writing software that improves peoples lives. Tom started programming in 8th grade by writing programs for his TI-82 calculator to check his work.
Tom has built agile web applications for CSC (Pharmaceutical Software), Bloomberg Government (Data Intelligence), and Tout (video/ad tech startup). Tom recognizes the importance of nurses in healthcare and is excited to help in whatever way he can.
Trinh works with the Incredible Health team to understand clients’ needs and build experiences with empathy.
She got her first taste of product at Udacity (an online learning platform). During her four years there, she helped lifelong learners pivot their careers and built out a global product suite, including a services marketplace and 1:1 coaching platform.
Afterward, she joined Aspire, an Enterprise workflow management platform, to help marketers evaluate their social campaigns via data integrations and analytics dashboards.
Trinh studied political science at UC Berkeley. Her career started in education and labor policy, helping her approach problem solving with a social impact framework.
Yair helped Quora scale over 1000x in his 8.5 years in the company. He ran product at the Quora for 4 years, overseeing the creation of its ads product and auction-driven marketplace, scaling the product from one language to almost 30, as well as 0→1 products to drive direct engagement with the platform. Before that Yair created and scaled the data science organization at the company. He also helped build the marketing and sales organizations at Quora as revenue grew 80X. Yair holds a PhD in Economics from Stanford where his research focused on matching markets and economic networks.
Yair is excited to grow product at Incredible Health with a scale-oriented, data driven approach to help the company empower healthcare professionals find and do their best work.
Yang is Incredible Health’s Product Designer. Before joining Incredible Health, Yang tackled complex problems that drove user adoption at Palantir and eBay. During that time, Yang worked on standardizing interaction patterns, conducted end-to-end research, and scaled design systems that had a direct impact on efficiency. Yang honed her craft with both horizontal and vertical product teams. She is particularly passionate about internal tools and believes everyone deserves well-designed products, end-users or not. When she’s not sketching flows or nudging (meaningful) pixels, you can find her watching anime and critiquing boba shops.
Yang holds a Master’s in Interaction Design from California College of the Arts, where she learned how to apply design skills to social impact.
Yasin loves solving meaningful problems. He previously worked at PlanGrid, building product features and laying the groundwork for a resilient and global infrastructure, as well as Flexport, shipping tools to help the Customs team clear shipments in a timely and compliant manner. He studied CS and business in Morocco, earning a Diplôme d’Ingénieur from EHTP and an MBA from ENPC.
