Abbie’s past nursing experiences include the emergency department, cardiology/cath lab, as well as aesthetics. In her free time, she enjoys flipping furniture and thrifting for home decor!

Alaa loves to build products that are thoughtful, easy to use, and get the job done. She has a background in design strategy, business, and product management. She spent the last few years at Lyft and previously graduated from Harvard Business School with her MBA, and Stanford University with her Bachelors. Alaa is passionate about our vision of helping healthcare professionals live better lives! She enjoys working everyday with smart, motivated, and caring teammates.
Alex Hillyer
With a background as both a nurse and a nurse practitioner, Alex has dedicated her career to providing superior healthcare to children. Her journey began in her hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, where she worked in the NICU. Venturing further into her career, Alex expanded her impact by taking on the role of a nurse practitioner in surgical services in Colorado. Alex’s heart beats for the little ones, and she firmly believes that every child deserves the highest standard of healthcare.
Beyond her professional life, you’ll find her embracing the joys of life in the company of her goldendoodle and cheering on her favorite football team. Always up for an adventure, Alex thrives on exploring new places, a journey often guided by her partner’s career as a college football coach.

Alex has a strong passion for combining the power of strategy and beauty when building brands, experiences and products that are delightful, purpose-led, and inclusive.
Prior to joining Incredible Health, Alex served as Head of Brand at Ness, where she lead the development of the startup’s visual and strategic brand identity. Prior to Ness, Alex held a Design Lead role at IDEO, leading multi-disciplinary design teams in addressing challenges for a breadth of clients such as Google, Logitech, Apple, J.P. Morgan Chase, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Kraft Heinz, The City of San Francisco, Takeda, and startups of all sizes.
Amber Love
Amber Love is married with 3 kids and 2 fur babies. She currently resides in Elgin, SC which is home to the Catfish Stomp. Since being a nurse since 2016, she has spent most of that time in critical care and PACU. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling, being very active in her church, and reading a good book.
Annie Yung, RN
Annie has been an RN for almost two years. She started her career in a Nurse Residency program and rotated through different units including spinal cord injury, telemetry, med/surg, and step-down. After completing the residency program, she worked on the step-down unit.
In her free time, she loves to learn new languages, read, play music, and spend time with friends and family!
Ben Heiskell
Ben enjoys using his passion for technology to solve real problems for people. He first started programming in elementary school when computers still used 5.25” floppy disks, and formalized his education by graduating with a degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. Since then, he’s worked in a number of different industries building applications with a focus on security.
Brady Wellhouse
Helping clients achieve positive outcomes & delivering exceptional customer experiences is what motivates Brady. He has a passion for solving problems & using data to improve processes. Prior to joining the Incredible Health team, he worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at DocuTap, an Electronic Health Record software focused on urgent care. He most recently served as a Customer Success Manager at LogicStream, where he helped health systems leverage EHR data for clinical process improvement projects. In his free time, Brady enjoys NBA games, testing local restaurants & spending time with his wife and dog.
Brandi Nielson, RN
Brandi hails from the Corn Husker state of Nebraska where she lives and works with her husband on a large-scale cattle ranch. Brandi has lived and worked in the rural areas of Nebraska her entire life. Brandi attended college at Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska and then pursued nursing school through the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
After graduating nursing school with her BSN and passing the NCLEX, Brandi first worked in the Emergency Department for 2 years. Through COVID, she worked for a short time with the local health department. After, she returned to a hospital setting and worked in an Out-patient Surgery Unit in the same small community hospital. Brandi enjoys reading, sewing, crocheting, refinishing furniture, and helping her husband on the ranch.
Bri Wheatley
As Head of Client Success at Incredible Health, Bri leads strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations nationwide. Leveraging a deep and nuanced understanding of the healthcare industry, honed through rich experiences throughout her career, Bri is uniquely positioned to address the challenges in healthcare hiring. She envisions a future where the hiring process is streamlined and simplified, empowering recruiters to effortlessly hire top-tier professionals.
Brittany O’Leary, RN
Brittany is a Talent Advocate with Incredible Health. She is a Registered Nurse with a background in emergency medicine.
Brittany lives in New Jersey with her husband and enjoys spending her time outside being active or at the beach!

Bruce has led and grown engineering orgs at companies like Airbnb, Lever, Yahoo, helping them to scale up and deliver consistent impact and value to their customers.

Brytne Hinton, RN
Born and raised in South Mississippi. Brytne has 10 years of experience in Pulmonary Medicine. When she is not busy with her children’s sporting activities, you can find her at the gym.
Cara Leeling, RN
Cara is a nurse screener with Incredible Health. Previously, she worked at a smaller hospital and wore many hats working in Medical/Surgical, Emergency Room, and Labor/Delivery/Postpartum.
She really enjoys spending time with her 2 pups and husband, Jesse. They enjoy camping, hiking, and traveling. When she’s not out enjoying nature, she enjoys reading fiction books of all kinds including mystery and fantasy. She’s very excited to be working at Incredible Health.
Caroline Seebacher, RN
Caroline graduated with her BSN from Miami University and has experience in Med-Surg and Pediatrics. She lives in Ohio with her husband and Siberian Husky, Koda. In her free time she loves walks with them, baking, and all things interior design!
Catharine Houstoun, RN
After graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Biology, Catharine went on to earn her nursing degree. Catharine began her career on the Pediatric Unit, and was most recently the Lactation Educator on the Perinatal and Postpartum Units. Catharine currently lives in Nebraska with her husband and three children.
Charice Mitchell
Charice is a data-driven problem solver focused on ensuring that customers achieve success. After graduating from Michigan State University’s James Madison College, she worked in retail business development until healthcare caught her attention. In 2018, Charice began working in healthcare staffing, where she assisted families and various providers in fulfilling their nursing needs.
She believes that healthcare technology is revolutionizing the field, enhancing the entire experience for both patients and medical professionals. Charice is excited to be a member of the Incredible Health team as we continue to improve the hiring process for both nurses and hospitals.

Chris Prescott
Chris loves building software that makes people’s lives easier. He studied CS at Penn State and created software for the telecom, consumer electronics, government, banking, and energy industries. He is excited to help healthcare professionals remove the pain of finding their dream job.
Colt Harrow, RN
Colt is a Registered Nurse with a background in Cardiac Care and Emergency Medicine. He is a big fan of hiking, canoeing and any foreign travel especially if it involves food.
Crystal Klaas, RN, BSN
Crystal is an Employer Ops Specialist with successful experience in talent advocacy, employer sourcing and operational cross-functional collaboration. Crystal is tech-savvy and customer-obsessed. She has a solid grasp on organizational processes and recognizes opportunities to improve workflows. She is passionate about interacting with others and excels at participating to create a positive experience for all of those involved. With her nursing background in CVICU, PACU and OR she is familiar with moving qualified applicants through the recruiting work-stream. Crystal enjoys a good Netflix binge but can also be found playing pickleball in her neighborhood park.
David Campbell
David has spent nearly his entire 10+ year career in Healthcare & Life Sciences. Prior to starting his career in Healthcare sales, David attended the University of Cincinnati where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. David went on to complete his NCLEX exam and become an RN.
David’s healthcare sales experience spans across many specialities including orthopedics, trauma, wound care, cell therapy, and software sales. While David very much now enjoys the small start-up world, he originally started his medical device career at Stryker Orthopedics which is one of the largest orthopedic companies in the world.
He was drawn to Incredible Health because of his belief in the mission and values of the company. Starting his professional life in nursing, David felt he could help have an impact at scale working at Incredible Health.
David and his family currently live in Encinitas, California where they enjoy surfing, exercising, and going to the beach.
Erica De La Paz, RN
Born and raised in the Philippines, Erica began her journey as an RN in her home country in the field of Med/Surg, PCU/Stepdown, Infusion, HBOT, Education, and Functional Medicine. As she embarked on a new path here in the US, she focused more on the administrative side of Nursing. Her personal experiences in searching for the right opportunity that fits her family dynamics are what inspires her to help nurses find jobs that are tailor-fitted to their way of life, which is what Incredible Health is all about!
Erin Durham, RN
Erin has been an RN for over 16 years. She started her career as a Labor & Delivery nurse in a Critical Access Hospital, then transitioned to Surgical Services as a Charge Nurse. Currently, she joyfully assists fellow nurses in obtaining their dream jobs by being a Talent-Scheduler here at Incredible Health.
Erin was born and raised with an accent in Kentucky. A year ago, she put her dream into motion and now resides by the beach which she enjoys immensely. Her favorite things include her husband of 25 years, her children, family & friends, her church, the beach, her pink flamingo collection, boating, fishing, kayaking, cooking and trying new restaurants.
Eve Ferguson
Eve is a Sales Development Representative at Incredible Health, where she leads outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients and evangelize Incredible Health’s mission. Eve has previously worked at Zoom Video Communications and Marble Security, where she made an immediate impact on their books of business. She has been recognized for her outstanding customer care with “Creme de la Creme” Award, presented by Office Concierge in London. Eve has lived in three different countries, loves to train dogs and provide trauma informed life coaching sessions. She is certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy.
Fiona Wing-Sheppard
Fiona is a BSN, RN and has previously worked on a high-risk antepartum unit. She loves spending time with her family, enjoying nature and being active, baking, thrifting, and scuba diving among other things.
Gaetano Del Corpo Jr.
Gaetano is a Sales Development Representative at Incredible Health, where he builds new relationships with potential clients and promotes Incredible Health’s mission. Gaetano was born and raised in Montréal, Canada, before moving down to St. Petersburg, Florida, where he now loves to spend his time studying languages with his wife, visiting nature preserves, and cherishing the year-round sunny weather. He also loves stand-up comedy, so do not hesitate to send him any recommendations!
Greg Laubenstein
Greg first became interested in writing software at an after school club learning how to write HTML. This interest guided him towards getting a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. After working primarily in the payments and insurance industries, Greg is excited to tackle new problems helping health care professionals find and do their best work. When not working, you can find Greg somewhere in Arizona hiking with his family or tending to his fruit trees and garden.
Haliey Argyle, RN
Haliey is a Nurse Screener for Incredible Health. She graduated with her BSN from Dixie State University in 2021. She has been a Registered Nurse for a little over a year with a Med/Surg background. Haliey currently lives in Utah with her husband and two girls. In her free time, she loves to go on vacation, spend time in the mountains and hang out with her family! She is so excited to be apart of this amazing team and help nurses find their dream career!
Holly Procter
Holly Procter is the Chief Revenue Officer at Incredible Health responsible for overall revenue growth and customer acquisition. She overseas the Sales and Revenue Operations teams who help bring Incredible Health to all 6,000 US Hospitals. Holly believes there’s a world where Healthcare workers have manageable patient loads, ample time to rest between shifts and they can come to work knowing their best work is ahead of them. Holly has extensive experience working in high growth companies like LinkedIn, WeWork and Clari, helping them build and scale their revenue engines. Holly holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
Iman Abuzeid, MD
Iman is Incredible Health’s resident health and business nerd. A former medical doctor, she’s a McKinsey alumnus and led product management at health tech startups. She also fit in getting a Wharton MBA somewhere in-between. As CEO, she champions Incredible Health’s mission of helping healthcare professionals live better lives, and find and do their best work. To date, Incredible Health is used by hundreds of hospitals across the US, and has raised $17 million from top tier firms like Andreessen Horowitz to fuel its mission.
Iman’s immediate family has 3 surgeons, and as a doctor herself, she understands the importance of choosing the right stepping stones in a clinical career. It’s what drives her belief in Incredible Health and its potential to reliably help clinicians manage their career.
Iman Senalan
Iman is and Algerian-American based in Chicago currently practicing as a Home Health nurse with previous experience in the Operating Room. Outside of work, Iman enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their cat.
Jane Ha
Jane is passionate about designing simple and delightful user experiences. Prior to joining Incredible Health, Jane was a Design Lead at IDEO, a global design agency. At IDEO, Jane worked on a variety of digital experiences for brands such as Verizon, Ford, Intercorp, RightRice, as well as IDEO’s very own website and award-winning blog. In her earlier design life, Jane applied her skills as a creative director at AliveCor, a healthcare device company, as well as an art director at Benefit Cosmetics, designing and developing the brand’s digital presence globally.
Jasmin Rodriguez
Jasmin has enjoyed being a BSN RN since 2016. She has a background in PCU, Cardiac, Leadership, and Chronic Care Management. She is originally from New Jersey but now resides with her 7 children, husband, and farm animals in sunny Florida. There’s never a dull moment in her household. When she’s not at a football game, volleyball game, archery, or baseball game, she loves to bake and read.
Jenise Vu
Jenise loves driving growth through creative innovation and digital media. Originally pursuing filmmaking, she realized that her passion was helping companies grow through the power of storytelling and finding creative ways to share those stories. Jenise is dedicated to bringing more healthcare professionals to Incredible Health’s platforms.
Joe Cochran
Joe is passionate about identifying and solving problems using analytics. After studying economics and health policy at Vanderbilt, Joe spent three and a half years scaling a health tech startup in New Orleans before joining Incredible Health.
A Kansas City native, Joe currently lives in New Orleans where he spends his free time going to Pelicans games, exploring the local food, drink, and music scenes, and pursuing his masters in analytics.
Joe DeFrance
Joe comes from a family of nurses and believes happy nurses have an outsized impact on their patients and communities. He has experience partnering with some of the nation’s largest health systems on talent and HR initiatives.
He joined Incredible Health to play a part in the mission to help healthcare professionals live better lives by finding and doing their best work. Joe’s grateful to be on a team with such passionate and hard working colleagues.
As a Minnesotan born and raised, Joe lives in St. Paul with his wife and 2 boys.
Joe Sohn
Joe likes working with people and inspiring them to achieve their goals. He has experience in bedside nursing as an ICU nurse and also has a background in Training and Development/Leadership. Joe has a wife a two daughters and enjoys spending his free time with his family.
John Farr
John loves working on products that make a difference. After completing his bachelor’s degree in England, John has since worked for a range of companies across the globe. John is excited to help healthcare professionals at Incredible Health. Outside of work, John is most likely hiking, cycling or paddle boarding around the San Francisco Bay Area.
Julie Ann Sabangan
Julie Ann originally wanted to study nursing in college. She always wanted to be able to help others, but after a few semesters, Julie Ann realized that she enjoyed her business classes and switched her major to Business Administration. After college, she found great mentors that allowed her to grow her interest in accounting. She’s excited to be a part of an organization dedicated to helping nurses and hospitals.
Justin Mills
Justin is an accounting leader who has worked with high growth startups for the past 15+ years. During his seven years at Instacart, Justin led the accounting team, growing and maturing the accounting function all the way through IPO readiness. Prior to Instacart, Justin worked with several startups and he started his career spending 5 years in public accounting, auditing startups in the bay area.
When not buried in accounting research, you can find Justin spending time with his son, daughter, and wife in Mill Valley CA.
Kari Vang
Since college, Kari has had a passion for the field of finance. She is passionate about numbers and enjoys seeing and improving financial outcomes. Kari loves to connect with those who are constantly curious in making the future a better place.
Kari is excited about sharing her knowledge and looks forward to using her years of experience to make a difference in the healthcare space.
Katherine Johnson, RN
Katherine worked as a high risk obstetric nurse for four years before joining the Incredible Health team.
She currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and two rescue dogs, and loves to spend her weekends exploring new cities with them!
Kayla Fikes, RN
From a very young age, Kayla set out to become a Neonatal Intensive Care nurse. After earning her BSN in 2015, she moved to Nashville, TN, and pursued that goal where she worked in the NICU for 5 years, taking care of the tiniest warriors. Kayla is passionate about helping other nurses pursue their dreams and help make them their reality. In her free time, Kayla likes to travel to National Parks with her husband and daughter.
Ken Bush
Ken is passionate about creating positive client experiences and forming strong bonds. He graduated from Whitworth University in Washington State, and worked for several years in the emergency department medical scribe industry as an Operations Manager. He would later join Quartet Health to deliver a mental health technology solution to physicians and health plans who need it. Ken is excited to continue empowering healthcare professionals at Incredible Health, and enjoys making art and playing tabletop games in his spare time.
Langley Erickson
Langley is a full-funnel operations leader. His experience spans across marketing, sales, and success operations.
Langley has built operations teams at Inc. 5000 companies and Fortune 500 businesses. Most recently, at JumpCloud he was the first operations hire and helped 25X the valuation.
He joined Incredible Health to be part of a world-class organization and help build the revenue teams, systems, and processes necessary to help healthcare professionals find and do their best work.
Laura Hibbett, MSN, RN
Laura values the importance of providing exceptional training in her role onboarding new clients. Prior to joining Incredible Health, she worked as an RN in Emergency Department, Infusion, and PACU settings. She holds a Masters degree in Nursing Education and her most recent role was the Simulation Center Director of a college, teaching nursing students using high-fidelity computerized simulators (fake patients) and expanding their sim program. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, going to the beach, and crafting.
Lea Zinyemba, BSN, RN
Lea brings her nursing background and operational experience to ensure clients launch on Incredible Health’s platform with their best foot forward.
After graduating from Xavier University with her BSN, she gained experience as a telemetry and medical surgical nurse before continuing her nursing career in diverse community and public health settings abroad for several years. Lea spent 3 years as Incredible Health’s Operations Lead – developing teams, improving processes, and helping the company scale to meet demand.
In her free time, Lea enjoys hiking with her dog & husband, cooking African cuisine & interior design.
Leyla Farazha
Leyla builds awesome products that people love. She perfected her craft at Facebook, Linden Lab and Qualcomm, by way of the University of California Berkeley.
Leyla loves solving tough problems for businesses and customers, and is dedicated to helping health professionals find the best job opportunities.
Lindsey Wolfe, RN
Brought up in North Florida – shortly after graduating with her BSN and starting on a PCU unit, Lindsey decided a remote nursing career was the best fit for her life, and has loved every minute of it. When she is not at her computer, you can find her baking in the kitchen or doing an activity involving creativity.
Lisa Roussin
Lisa has worked in the medical field for almost ten years and got her nursing degree four years ago. She has worked in hospice, home health, and triage.
Lisa is a single mother to an amazing 26-year-old daughter with autism spectrum disorder. They live in Florida in their recently-purchased first home. Lisa loves to swim in her pool and ride her Peloton bike. She loves to walk the beach with her daughter and take their little 3lb Yorkie to the park.
MacKenzie Bowker, RN
Born and raised in a small town in Nebraska, MacKenzie found her passion for caring for others when she helped care for her elderly grandparents until they passed away in her early twenties. MacKenzie went on to earn her BSN and become a Labor and Delivery nurse. After a few years of bedside nursing, MacKenzie joined the Incredible Health team as a Nurse Screener. In her free time, she enjoys being outside and spending time with her son.
Madi Simons, RN
Madi brings 10+ years of nursing experience to the Incredible Health team in her role as a Nure Screener. Born and raised in rural Nebraska, she found an early passion for helping others, leading her to pursue nursing at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. With experience in Ortho/Trauma, Med/Surg, Pediatrics, NICU and Mother/Baby, Madi is familiar with a variety of aspects in healthcare and is passionate about helping nurses find and do their best work. Marina has been a nurse for two years working in the Neonatal ICU. She found her passion in caring for little babies and is excited to help other nurses find their passion through the Incredible Health Talent Advocate Role.
Marina was born and raised in Colorado and loves hiking, camping, and backpacking. She also loves sports and going to basketball and football games with her Husband. Go Broncos! Marina also has a passion for travel and is always looking forward to her next international adventure.
Mark Reeder
Mark loves building delightful software that helps make the world a better place. Over his career, he has worked in software within a variety of industries, at companies ranging in size from 2-25,000+. Some of his notable work includes helping build one of the first web-based music services at Napster and more recently, working on self-driving vehicle projects at Uber. He’s excited to help Incredible Health empower healthcare professionals to find and do their best work.
Marlo Wilcox
Marlo has over 20 years of experience as an HR leader who is passionate about helping companies accelerate strategic growth by building and scaling their people function. Marlo has a wide breadth and depth of experience across people operations, change management and organizational design. Marlo builds high-functioning HR organizations by fostering a strong culture, connecting policies and operations with company goals, and ensuring business leaders have the tools they need to succeed through their teams.
Marlo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and has completed an executive education program in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
Marlo and her family live in Durham, NC where she enjoys cooking, photography and Michigan football. She dreams of being a cat lady one day and is well on the way towards that goal with 3 cats who allow the Wilcox family to live with them.
Matt Barto
Matt loves shipping features. He has been building websites and apps since graduating from Penn State. At Incredible Health, he hopes to help the team build features to enable all nurses across america to live their best lives.
Matt Walker
Matt has been interested in technology since he was a child, and has worked with startups for over a decade to help grow the top engineering teams in Silicon Valley. Having been diagnosed in 2012 with Multiple Sclerosis, medical professionals (especially nurses) have made a huge impact on Matt’s life. Matt loves being at Incredible Health because it’s fast moving and exciting, the team and culture are amazing, and he loves being able to build the teams that build products for the medical professionals that have done so much for him.
Megan Epler
Megan comes to Incredible Health after spending 9 years at Geisinger, working primarily for its Autism & Developmental Medicine Institute. She’s excited to bring her expertise in strategic partnership development and project management in support of Incredible Health’s sales team – she can’t wait to play a role in bringing new healthcare systems on board.
Megan enjoys cooking almost as much as she enjoys eating, rooting for Philly sports teams, and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs.

Megan is a Talent Advocate Assistant Manager with Incredible Health. She started her career as a Registered Nurse in Grand Rapids, Michigan after graduating from Michigan State University with her BSN. Megan has many years of experience in Labor & Delivery and OB/GYN Services. When Megan is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and dog doing anything outside – gardening, chicken-keeping & summer/winter sports!
Megan Welsh, RN
Megan is a Nurse Screener with Incredible Health. She has experience working in Dialysis, School Nursing, and the Emergency Department. She grew up in Wisconsin and lives in Iowa now with her Husband and twin boys! In her free time, she likes to read, go on vacation, and spend time with her friends and family! She is very excited to help other nurses find their dream jobs!
Melissa McCollum
Melissa loves automating lifecycle campaigns with the goal of reaching the right individuals, with the right message, at the right time. She brings over ten years of creative, data-focused digital marketing experience from multiple industries.
Melissa excitedly, having grown up with most of her family and friends in the healthcare industry, embraces Incredible Health’s mission to aid healthcare workers in finding and doing their best work.

Miguel is a nurse screener with 5 years of nursing experience. He has experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, Oncology, Cardiovascular OR Nurse and Management in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Miguel also retired from the Army Reserves on December of last year after serving 8 years as a 94F: Computer Detection System Repairer Specialist (basically electronics).
He believes that teamwork is essential for any company to have success. One of the things that Miguel likes to do is spend time with his 3 kids and wife. Going to the beach with them is the second thing he loves to do.
Molly Rindt, RN
Molly leads the Central and West Coast Teams. After starting her nursing career in the Emergency Department in Baltimore, MD, she has worked in many different states and brings her skills and expertise to Incredible Health. She is passionate about bridging communication between teams to improve workflow. Molly is dedicated to helping empower nurses to find their best jobs. She works hard to provide nurses on our platform with all the details and information to ensure success in their hiring journey. In her free time she enjoys cooking, playing games and spending time with her family.
Morgan Hatfield, RN
Morgan Hatfield is a Registered Nurse with a background in pediatrics. After graduating from Fairmont State University with a BS in Biology, she went on to earn her BSN from West Virginia University. Morgan currently resides in West Virginia with her husband and two dogs.
When she is not working, Morgan enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with her friends and family, and staying active.

Olivia is a Sales Operations Manager who works with the sales team, customer success, marketing, and leadership to establish and manage an effective sales process to facilitate the growth of the organization.
Olivia has worked in the software industry for 10 years now, most recently developing Sales Operations for another healthcare industry software.

Rome builds awesome products. He perfected his craft at Amazon, Eventbrite, Linden Lab and AliveCor, by way of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Ryan Frischmann
Ryan is a passionate people-focused person who isn’t afraid to get his hands “dirty” if it means seeing a customer succeed. Healthcare has always been his passion and focusing on using that passion to improve the ways in which it’s providers provide care to the greater population.
Prior to his time at Incredible Health, Ryan worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant before making the transition into the world of software implementation and customer management. Most recently he partnered with regional healthcare systems, payer provider plans, and community health centers in the state of Pennsylvania (and beyond) to implement, launch, and manage a platform targeted to provide service to the underserved and vulnerable populations.
Samantha Kaletha, RN
Samantha calls the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan home. She started her nursing career in the NICU after graduating with her BSN. She loves that Incredible Health allows her to support nurses in finding their home in the healthcare field – a truly rewarding experience!
Aside from work, Samantha loves spending time with her husband and two dogs, Hoosier their Golden Retriever and Oakley their Australian Shepherd. You can find them traveling to new places any chance they get!

Savannah Thorn
Savannah has been a nurse for almost 5 years with a background in step-down ICU, operating room circulating and outpatient neurosurgery. She started at Incredible Health in January 2023 as a nurse screener and has since moved into the role of Jobs and Batching Specialist. She loves managing her employer’s jobs and projects well, while providing excellent outcomes and metrics weekly. Savannah currently lives in the Columbia, SC area with her husband and 4 (fur) babies. She loves traveling, adventures and Christmas – as well as any form of sandwich and chips and dip.
Sid Agarwal
Sid leads finance at high growth startups. During his five years at Instacart, Sid led the teams responsible for growth and profitability across its markets and at Airtable, Sid built the finance and accounting functions and led initiatives to build an enterprise go-to-market. He started his career in consulting at McKinsey and has a MBA and AB from Harvard.
Sid comes from a family of healthcare professionals and is inspired by Incredible Health’s mission. He is excited to support the team in scaling the Incredible Health marketplace.

Stephanie was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She has 8 years of nursing experience working in different areas including Med/Tele, Pre/Post Op, and school nursing. When she is not working she loves traveling with her husband and twin girls.

Stephanie is an RN with a background in Medical Surgical nursing as well as L&D and Maternal Fetal Medicine.
She lives in Indianapolis, IN with her husband, 2 young children, 2 dogs and a cat. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, camping and riding bikes with her family.
Ted Balowski
Ted has over 22 years of sales experience, and has spent the last 14 years in the healthcare vertical selling software and technology solutions. He’s a sales leader who has worked with hospitals and health systems all over the US, and is passionate about helping healthcare leadership solve the complex issues they face every day.
Ted has been a successful entrepreneur, and has worked in start-ups, mid-size companies, and large corporations throughout his career. He was drawn to Incredible Health’s mission and vision of helping healthcare professionals find and do their best work.
Ted lives in Detroit, Michigan with his wife, two children, and their yellow lab Slugger.
Tom Hallett
Tom loves writing software that improves peoples lives. Tom started programming in 8th grade by writing programs for his TI-82 calculator to check his work.
Tom has built agile web applications for CSC (Pharmaceutical Software), Bloomberg Government (Data Intelligence), and Tout (video/ad tech startup). Tom recognizes the importance of nurses in healthcare and is excited to help in whatever way he can.
Trinh Nguyen
Trinh works with the Incredible Health team to understand clients’ needs and build experiences with empathy.
She got her first taste of product at Udacity (an online learning platform). During her four years there, she helped lifelong learners pivot their careers and built out a global product suite, including a services marketplace and 1:1 coaching platform.
Afterward, she joined Aspire, an Enterprise workflow management platform, to help marketers evaluate their social campaigns via data integrations and analytics dashboards.
Trinh studied political science at UC Berkeley. Her career started in education and labor policy, helping her approach problem solving with a social impact framework.
Veer Gangwal
Veer is joining Incredible Health’s Strategy & Finance team after graduating from MIT with an MBA degree. Prior to MIT, Veer worked on Instacart’s Strategy team and also spent some time in consulting and growth equity. He just moved to NYC but is originally from Chicago, and has spent time in San Francisco and Boston as well.
Yang Qian
Yang is Incredible Health’s Product Designer. Before joining Incredible Health, Yang tackled complex problems that drove user adoption at Palantir and eBay. During that time, Yang worked on standardizing interaction patterns, conducted end-to-end research, and scaled design systems that had a direct impact on efficiency. Yang honed her craft with both horizontal and vertical product teams. She is particularly passionate about internal tools and believes everyone deserves well-designed products, end-users or not. When she’s not sketching flows or nudging (meaningful) pixels, you can find her watching anime and critiquing boba shops.
Yang holds a Master’s in Interaction Design from California College of the Arts, where she learned how to apply design skills to social impact.
Yasin Abdul-Hakeem
Yasin loves solving meaningful problems. He previously worked at PlanGrid, building product features and laying the groundwork for a resilient and global infrastructure, as well as Flexport, shipping tools to help the Customs team clear shipments in a timely and compliant manner. He studied CS and business in Morocco, earning a Diplôme d’Ingénieur from EHTP and an MBA from ENPC.
