Abbie’s past nursing experiences include the emergency department, cardiology/cath lab, as well as aesthetics. In her free time, she enjoys flipping furniture and thrifting for home decor!

Alex Pabian

Alex has a strong passion for combining the power of strategy and beauty when building brands, experiences and products that are delightful, purpose-led, and inclusive.

Prior to joining Incredible Health, Alex served as Head of Brand at Ness, where she lead the development of the startup’s visual and strategic brand identity. Prior to Ness, Alex held a Design Lead role at IDEO, leading multi-disciplinary design teams in addressing challenges for a breadth of clients such as Google, Logitech, Apple, J.P. Morgan Chase, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Kraft Heinz, The City of San Francisco, Takeda, and startups of all sizes.

Alex Paul

Alex Paul is passionate about finding ways to drive growth and positive outcomes for nurses. Prior to joining Incredible Health, he worked in growth and product roles at Credit Karma and an early-stage crypto startup. In his free time Alex enjoys playing golf and tennis, happily proving that you don’t have to be skilled to have a good time.

Ali Knight

My background is in Neonatal Intensive Care nursing and I have worked in Colorado and Missouri. I live in Texas with my husband, baby, and our 3 dogs. In my free time I enjoy camping, baking and exploring new places with my family!

Alyzia Hill

I have been a nurse for 13 years with experience in adult cardiac care, pediatric ICU, and pediatric float pool, as well as being a college professor with my masters in nursing education. I am currently enrolled at Liberty University for my PhD in nursing education. In my free time, I love to spend time at the beach with my husband and our 3 children.

Anita Scott

Anita has been with Incredible Health for several years, working as an Operations Specialist. She is very passionate about the company and the people she communicates with daily. Her success is measured daily when assisting our nurse talent with any questions or issues that arise. It is her pleasure to work for such an innovative company!

AnneMarie Betz

AnneMarie has been a nurse for 5 years and had a background in MedSurg and Outpatient Procedure nursing before joining the Incredible Health screening team in May 2023. AnneMarie is dedicated to helping nurses discover their ideal roles, ensuring a perfect fit for their skills and career goals. Outside of work, AnneMarie enjoys spending time with her fiancé and two miniature dachshunds, Ernie and Willow, exploring the beautiful outdoors of Colorado.

Anthony Wirjoprawiro

Ant is an operations leader who loves using data to drive strategic process and product improvements. Prior to Incredible Health, Ant was scaling operations at other tech-enabled marketplaces like UberEats, DoorDash, and Walmart. While Ant currently lives in New York City, he is often taking advantage of Incredible Health’s flexible working policies to explore other countries!

Aris Turner

Aris developed a passion for building software while attending Cal State Bakersfield. Since then, he has worked oil & gas, media, government, and the residential marketplace. He is excited to bring his skills to the healthcare marketplace and help professionals do their best work.

Ataly Hearn

Ataly began her nursing career in Neonatal ICU and Public Health before joining the Incredible Health screening team. She loves helping nurses grow in their careers, as well as traveling and outdoor adventures with her dog, Penny!

Ben Heiskell

Ben enjoys using his passion for technology to solve real problems for people. He first started programming in elementary school when computers still used 5.25” floppy disks, and formalized his education by graduating with a degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. Since then, he’s worked in a number of different industries building applications with a focus on security.

Brady Wellhouse

Helping clients achieve positive outcomes & delivering exceptional customer experiences is what motivates Brady. He has a passion for solving problems & using data to improve processes. Prior to joining the Incredible Health team, he worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at DocuTap, an Electronic Health Record software focused on urgent care. He most recently served as a Customer Success Manager at LogicStream, where he helped health systems leverage EHR data for clinical process improvement projects. In his free time, Brady enjoys NBA games, testing local restaurants & spending time with his wife and dog. 

Brandi Nielson, RN

Brandi hails from the Corn Husker state of Nebraska where she lives and works with her husband on a large-scale cattle ranch. Brandi has lived and worked in the rural areas of Nebraska her entire life. Brandi attended college at Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska and then pursued nursing school through the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

After graduating nursing school with her BSN and passing the NCLEX, Brandi first worked in the Emergency Department for 2 years. Through COVID, she worked for a short time with the local health department. After, she returned to a hospital setting and worked in an Out-patient Surgery Unit in the same small community hospital. Brandi enjoys reading, sewing, crocheting, refinishing furniture, and helping her husband on the ranch.

Brenna Schmid

Brenna is a Registered Nurse with 7 years of experience in Pediatric Surgery / Trauma and Pediatric Ambulatory care. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Brenna ventured to The University of Minnesota to complete her BSN, prior to relocating to Austin, Texas, where she now lives with her partner and their 120 pound Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever. In her free time, Brenna enjoys taking walks / hiking, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with friends!

Brittany Wolansky, RN

Brittany is a Talent Advocate with Incredible Health. She is a Registered Nurse with a background in emergency medicine.

Brittany lives in New Jersey with her husband and enjoys spending her time outside being active or at the beach!

Bruce Chu

Bruce is an engineering leader and technologist who is passionate about building great teams and products. He prioritizes creating teams that are collaborative, sustainable, and continuously improving that possess a strong team spirit of excellence, accountability and trust. Bruce has led and grown engineering orgs at companies like Airbnb, Lever, Yahoo, helping them to scale up and deliver consistent impact and value to their customers.

Brytne Hinton, RN

Born and raised in South Mississippi. Brytne has 10 years of experience in Pulmonary Medicine. When she is not busy with her children’s sporting activities, you can find her at the gym.

Caroline Seebacher, RN

Caroline graduated with her BSN from Miami University and has experience in Med-Surg and Pediatrics. She lives in Ohio with her husband and Siberian Husky, Koda. In her free time she loves walks with them, baking, and all things interior design!

Charice Mitchell

Charice is a data-driven problem solver focused on ensuring that customers achieve success. After graduating from Michigan State University’s James Madison College, she worked in retail business development until healthcare caught her attention.  In 2018, Charice began working in healthcare staffing, where she assisted families and various providers in fulfilling their nursing needs.  

She believes that healthcare technology is revolutionizing the field, enhancing the entire experience for both patients and medical professionals.  Charice is excited to be a member of the Incredible Health team as we continue to improve the hiring process for both nurses and hospitals.

In her spare time, you can find Charice traveling, crafting, or spoiling her dog.

Chelsea is a Nurse Screener that has been with Incredible Health since 2022, and has a nursing background in Cardiac Progressive Care as well as Urgent Care. Chelsea loves working at Incredible Health to help nurses find their dream jobs! Outside of work Chelsea likes to spend time outdoors skiing, sailing, and hanging out with her family.

Chris loves building software that makes people’s lives easier. He studied CS at Penn State and created software for the telecom, consumer electronics, government, banking, and energy industries. He is excited to help healthcare professionals remove the pain of finding their dream job.

Danielle Nagle

Hi, I’m Danielle! I’m a registered nurse with a background in NICU and Pediatrics. I love traveling with my family and exploring new places together! There is nothing better than a good beach day with a great book in hand! I enjoy working for Incredible Health, where I get to help other RNs find roles that they love. It’s incredibly fulfilling to combine my passion for nursing with my desire to support and guide fellow nurses in their careers!

David Campbell

David has spent nearly his entire 10+ year career in Healthcare & Life Sciences. Prior to starting his career in Healthcare sales, David attended the University of Cincinnati where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. David went on to complete his NCLEX exam and become an RN.

David’s healthcare sales experience spans across many specialities including orthopedics, trauma, wound care, cell therapy, and software sales. While David very much now enjoys the small start-up world, he originally started his medical device career at Stryker Orthopedics which is one of the largest orthopedic companies in the world.

He was drawn to Incredible Health because of his belief in the mission and values of the company. Starting his professional life in nursing, David felt he could help have an impact at scale working at Incredible Health.

David and his family currently live in Encinitas, California where they enjoy surfing, exercising, and going to the beach.

Emily Winebarger

Emily has a background in Telemetry, Medical/Surgical, and Administrative Nursing prior to starting her career with Incredible Health. In her free time she can be found traveling the world with her husband, spending time with her family, or enjoying a game of mini golf. Emily considers it an honor and a privilege to be a part of this amazing team that empowers healthcare professionals to find and do their best work!

Esther Pong

Grainne Smyth

Grainne joined Incredible Health with over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, drawn by the company’s mission to improve the lives of healthcare professionals. Coming from a family of service and healthcare workers, she deeply understands the importance of their work, happiness, and well-being. Grainne believes that Incredible Health provides her the opportunity to maximize her impact on hospitals and the lives of healthcare workers.

Before joining Incredible Health, Grainne collaborated with numerous health systems on EMR implementations, technology programs, and operational excellence initiatives.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Grainne has returned to her roots and currently lives in Cleveland with her husband and daughter.

Greg Laubenstein

Greg first became interested in writing software at an after school club learning how to write HTML. This interest guided him towards getting a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. After working primarily in the payments and insurance industries, Greg is excited to tackle new problems helping health care professionals find and do their best work. When not working, you can find Greg somewhere in Arizona hiking with his family or tending to his fruit trees and garden.

Haliey Argyle, RN

Haliey is a Nurse Screener for Incredible Health. She graduated with her BSN from Dixie State University in 2021. She has been a Registered Nurse for a little over a year with a Med/Surg background. Haliey currently lives in Utah with her husband and two girls. In her free time, she loves to go on vacation, spend time in the mountains and hang out with her family! She is so excited to be apart of this amazing team and help nurses find their dream career!

Hannah Huffstetler

With over a decade of client-facing experience, Hannah has made it her mission to help others achieve their goals and objectives. She has built a career in mental and physical health tech spaces and has a passion for helping others live their healthiest lives. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her loved ones.

Heidi Holt

Heidi began her journey with Incredible Health January, 2021 as a screener. Her clinical nursing career includes Progressive Care, Clinical Decision/Chest Pain Unit, Home Health, and as a Rounding Nurse for the in-hospital Urology Group. The experiences this career provides are so varied and meaningful, and she never grows tired of being a RN. She was born & raised in Florida, and is now a happily transplanted Upstate New Yorker. She enjoys time with her family, a new found love of gardening and as much time as possible in the pool!

Iman Senalan

Iman is and Algerian-American based in Chicago currently practicing as a Home Health nurse with previous experience in the Operating Room. Outside of work, Iman enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their cat.

Jared Coulliard

Jared has been building and leading security teams in the HealthTech/FinTech space for the past 15 years. The protection of not only the organizations’ data, but more importantly the information that the organization is trusted with, is a never ending challenge that keeps each day fresh and new.

Beach, travel, music, and family typically occupy most weekends (sometimes combined).

Jen Lupton

Jen is a senior global revenue executive, growth strategist and enterprise AI solutions expert who is passionate about building scalable businesses, delivering profitable enterprise solutions and developing top-notch revenue teams.

Jen started her career in software-enabled marketplaces, as the 20th employee at Grubhub. She led the growth of the corporate business from inception to $350M+ in annual sales, resulting in the 2014 IPO. From there, she moved to software company Signal AI where she led the expansion from the UK to the Americas.

Jen is excited to bring together her experience of marketplace growth and AI solutions to support Incredible Health’s vision and mission of helping healthcare professionals live better lives and find and do their best work.

Jessica Osano

Jessica was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She began her career as a registered nurse (RN) in the Transplant/Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Neuro ICU in Los Angeles, before relocating to Woodbridge, VA, with over ten years of critical care experience. As a military spouse to an active-duty Army officer, she has raised three children while navigating various military assignments across the United States and completing two overseas assignments in Germany. She has recently returned from South Korea. Currently, Jessica’s nursing career has shifted toward the administrative side of the field. She is passionate about helping other nurses find their next chapter and achieve their professional goals. Incredible Health serves as the perfect platform to support her mission.

Joe Santoro

Joe has spent nearly 10 years helping high quality talent find new work. First in the life science and biotechnology world and then migrating to Healthcare. His best work comes when partnering with clients and coming up with creative solutions to problems. Joe was born and raised in the Chicagoland area where he still remains with his wife and two dogs. He went to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign twice. First for his Bachelor degree in History and Communication – returning to receiving his MBA in 2022. In his spare time, Joe likes to watch sports, hangout with friends, and read.

John Ericksen

John brings over 15 years of product leadership experience across companies like Angi, Ancestry, and Fitbit, where he built and scaled digital experiences used by millions. At Incredible Health, he leads product strategy and development, helping healthcare professionals find fulfilling careers and hospitals solve critical staffing challenges.

Outside of work, John is all about family, food, and music. He’s a barbecue enthusiast, an avid reader, and channels his mid-life crisis into playing guitar in a local cover band. He especially loves spending time with his wife and four kids—whether it’s a movie night at home or planning their next adventure together.

John Farr

John loves working on products that make a difference. After completing his bachelor’s degree in England, John has since worked for a range of companies across the globe. John is excited to help healthcare professionals at Incredible Health. Outside of work, John is most likely hiking, cycling or paddle boarding around the San Francisco Bay Area.

Julie Ann originally wanted to study nursing in college. She always wanted to be able to help others, but after a few semesters, Julie Ann realized that she enjoyed her business classes and switched her major to Business Administration. After college, she found great mentors that allowed her to grow her interest in accounting. She’s excited to be a part of an organization dedicated to helping nurses and hospitals.

Kaitlin Holley

My name is Kaitlin and I have been a nurse screener with IH since January 2023! I have been an RN for 13 years and my background is women’s health nursing. I live in Knoxville, TN with my four year old little boy, Roe and enjoy working out, playing tennis, and hanging out with friends in my spare time! I am also a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and nursing professor and have my Doctorate in Nursing Practice. IH has hands down the best work culture and leadership I have been a part of in my nursing career and I am so thankful to be a part of the screening team!

Kallie Smith

Kallie Smith, is a talent sourcer with a background working in travel nursing compliance and recruiting! She is from Buffalo, NY, so naturally she is a huge Buffalo Bills fan! Go Bills! Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, skiing, and hiking with her two labs!

Kari Vang

Since college, Kari has had a passion for the field of finance.  She is passionate about numbers and enjoys seeing and improving financial outcomes.  Kari loves to connect with those who are constantly curious in making the future a better place.

Kathy Talley

Kathy has been a Registered Nurse with a focus on Pediatrics for 10 years. She resides in Virginia with her husband and three precious little boys. On the rare occasion where she gets “free time” you can find her exploring the beautiful mountains and beaches of Virginia, listening to country music or practicing self care at the gym. Kathy really feels nursing is a call to serve others and loves helping nurses find their calling and spark that passion of nursing through Incredible Health!

Kayla Fikes, RN

From a very young age, Kayla set out to become a Neonatal Intensive Care nurse. After earning her BSN in 2015, she moved to Nashville, TN, and pursued that goal where she worked in the NICU for 5 years, taking care of the tiniest warriors. Kayla is passionate about helping other nurses pursue their dreams and help make them their reality. In her free time, Kayla likes to travel to National Parks with her husband and daughter.

Kayla Mugavero

Kayla’s background is in ER nursing. The last 4 years were spent traveling as a nurse and working in states across the country. She currently works weekend PRN shifts in a local ER. She likes reading, hiking, and spending time at the beach. She lives along the East Coast of NC where she randomly bought a home when she decided to stop traveling for work. She is new to the beach life but has no complaints!

Ken Bush

Ken is passionate about creating positive client experiences and forming strong bonds. He graduated from Whitworth University in Washington State, and worked for several years in the emergency department medical scribe industry as an Operations Manager. He would later join Quartet Health to deliver a mental health technology solution to physicians and health plans who need it. Ken is excited to continue empowering healthcare professionals at Incredible Health, and enjoys making art and playing tabletop games in his spare time.

Kiana S.

Kiana’s past nursing experience includes women’s health and aesthetics. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with family.

Kyle Caron

Kyle is a Data Scientist focused on helping businesses make clearer, more informed decisions. With nearly a decade of experience spanning across medical research, biotech, retail, and tech, Kyle has expertise in experimentation, bayesian methods, machine learning, and causal inference. Outside of work, Kyle spends his time watching soccer, baking, and relaxing with his fiancée and their dog, Ginny.

Laura Hibbett, MSN, RN

Laura values the importance of providing exceptional training in her role onboarding new clients. Prior to joining Incredible Health, she worked as an RN in Emergency Department, Infusion, and PACU settings. She holds a Masters degree in Nursing Education and her most recent role was the Simulation Center Director of a college, teaching nursing students using high-fidelity computerized simulators (fake patients) and expanding their sim program. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, going to the beach, and crafting.

Lucinda Swearingen

Lucinda graduated from Carlow University with her BSN. Her nursing background includes public health, home health, and mother/baby. She lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and child. She enjoys searching for the best coffee shops, exploring the outdoors, and reading!

MacKenzie Bowker, RN

Born and raised in a small town in Nebraska, MacKenzie found her passion for caring for others when she helped care for her elderly grandparents until they passed away in her early twenties. MacKenzie went on to earn her BSN and become a Labor and Delivery nurse. After a few years of bedside nursing, MacKenzie joined the Incredible Health team as a Nurse Screener. In her free time, she enjoys being outside and spending time with her son.

Madi Simons, RN

Madi brings 10+ years of nursing experience to the Incredible Health team in her role as a Nure Screener. Born and raised in rural Nebraska, she found an early passion for helping others, leading her to pursue nursing at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. With experience in Ortho/Trauma, Med/Surg, Pediatrics, NICU and Mother/Baby, Madi is familiar with a variety of aspects in healthcare and is passionate about helping nurses find and do their best work. Marina Desch, RN

Marina has been a nurse for two years working in the Neonatal ICU. She found her passion in caring for little babies and is excited to help other nurses find their passion through the Incredible Health Talent Advocate Role.
Marina was born and raised in Colorado and loves hiking, camping, and backpacking. She also loves sports and going to basketball and football games with her Husband. Go Broncos! Marina also has a passion for travel and is always looking forward to her next international adventure.

Marlo Wilcox

Marlo has over 20 years of experience as an HR leader who is passionate about helping companies accelerate strategic growth by building and scaling their people function. Marlo has a wide breadth and depth of experience across people operations, change management and organizational design. Marlo builds high-functioning HR organizations by fostering a strong culture, connecting policies and operations with company goals, and ensuring business leaders have the tools they need to succeed through their teams.

Marlo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and has completed an executive education program in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Marlo and her family live in Durham, NC where she enjoys cooking, photography and Michigan football. She dreams of being a cat lady one day and is well on the way towards that goal with 3 cats who allow the Wilcox family to live with them.

Meaghan Schneider

Meaghan is a data professional with over a decade of experience in various industries. She specializes in building scalable data platforms and analytics models. She has a passion for ensuring data is useful to teams across organizations. Meaghan lives in Portland, OR and in her free time she likes to row, read, play board games and spend time with her cats.

Megan Erickson, RN

Megan is a Talent Advocate Assistant Manager with Incredible Health. She started her career as a Registered Nurse in Grand Rapids, Michigan after graduating from Michigan State University with her BSN. Megan has many years of experience in Labor & Delivery and OB/GYN Services. When Megan is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and dog doing anything outside – gardening, chicken-keeping & summer/winter sports!

Megan Welsh, RN

Megan is a Nurse Screener with Incredible Health. She has experience working in Dialysis, School Nursing, and the Emergency Department. She grew up in Wisconsin and lives in Iowa now with her Husband and twin boys! In her free time, she likes to read, go on vacation, and spend time with her friends and family! She is very excited to help other nurses find their dream jobs!

Melissa McCollum

Melissa loves automating lifecycle campaigns with the goal of reaching the right individuals, with the right message, at the right time. She brings over ten years of creative, data-focused digital marketing experience from multiple industries.

Melissa excitedly, having grown up with most of her family and friends in the healthcare industry, embraces Incredible Health’s mission to aid healthcare workers in finding and doing their best work.

When she’s not working, you can find her learning something new, spending time with her husband and two boxer pups, or hanging with friends.

Michelle Mong

Registered Nurse with experience in Medical Surgical, Women’s Services, PACU, and Gastroenterology that is excited to help other RNs find their passion in their nursing career. Resides in Las Vegas, NV and loves to travel, try new restaurants, and spend time with her friends, husband and 2 kids!

Michelle Morales

Michelle is a results-driven enterprise sales professional with 13+ years of experience exceeding revenue targets and closing high-value B2B deals. Specializing in online marketplace solutions, she is excited to bring her expertise to the Incredible Health sales team. Having lived in multiple major cities and traveled extensively, Michelle thrives on building strong relationships across diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her partner, Ryan, and their two pups, Maverick and Boba.

Mickayla Ocshner

Mickayla has been an RN for 16 years. Most of that time has been spent in an outpatient setting in varying specialties, but a majority of it in oncology, and leadership. She joined Incredible Health as a Screener, and has since become the Operations Manager for the Jobs and Batching Specialist Team. Outside of work, Mickayla is a wife, and a mom to 5 kiddos, as well as a Mini Goldendoodle named Reese, so she spends most of her spare time chasing kids, going to activities, or just being outside as much as they can together! She loves the people she works with here at Incredible Health, and that we are all working toward helping nurses find and do their best work!!

Miguel Torres

Miguel is a nurse screener with 5 years of nursing experience. He has experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, Oncology, Cardiovascular OR Nurse and Management in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Miguel also retired from the Army Reserves on December of last year after serving 8 years as a 94F: Computer Detection System Repairer Specialist (basically electronics).

He believes that teamwork is essential for any company to have success. One of the things that Miguel likes to do is spend time with his 3 kids and wife. Going to the beach with them is the second thing he loves to do.

Olivia Kilburn

I am a seasoned Revenue Operations Leader in the healthcare software industry. I have championed revenue optimization strategies that drive growth and efficiency across various healthcare technology firms. I am excited to continue to streamline operations and enhance revenue growth for Incredible Health! Outside of work, I love spending time with my two daughters and husband and we share a passion for all sports, especially Yankees baseball!

Rachel MacDonald

Rachel is a B2B marketing leader with 9 years of experience building programs from the ground up to drive scalable growth. A graduate of Boston University, she began her career at a startup before spending over five years at Grubhub, where she led B2B demand generation efforts. Ray Yang

Ray is a growth marketing leader who’s spent the past decade helping companies build sustainable customer acquisition and retention engines. Most recently, he led ThredUp’s marketing through IPO growth phase and joined Incredible Health to help create a better world for healthcare workers. When he’s not thinking about growth strategy, you’ll find him exploring new cuisines, at the gym, or traveling. He has visited over 40 countries across five continents and counting.

Rea Cutillar

Rea is here to brighten your day with 11 years of nursing experience and a heart as warm as a Texas sunset. They believe in the healing power of kindness and compassion. Off-duty, they’re a proud parent to three adorable feline friends and a wanderlust enthusiast, exploring the world with their partner.

Rome Portlock

Rome builds awesome products. He perfected his craft at Amazon, Eventbrite, Linden Lab and AliveCor, by way of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). 

Rome’s family has 3 nurses. Realizing the way they found jobs was slow and frustrating, he set his mind to building a better way. Enter Incredible Health.

Ruth Burcham

Ruth earned her BSN from the University of Illinois and has a background in spinal rehabilitation and as a travel health specialist. She lives in Chicago and loves spending time with her partner and their three rescue cats. In their free time, they enjoy taking the two more adventurous kitties to explore and picnic by Lake Michigan.

Shannon Allert

My name is Shannon Allert. I live in the DFW area in Texas with my husband and our one year old son. I’ve been a nurse since 2021 and have spent my whole career in Mother/Baby care. I love hiking, baking, and spending time with my baby. I am passionate about helping nurses build their dream career, and I am so excited to be a part of Incredible Health.

Sid Agarwal

Sid leads finance at high growth startups. During his five years at Instacart, Sid led the teams responsible for growth and profitability across its markets and at Airtable, Sid built the finance and accounting functions and led initiatives to build an enterprise go-to-market. He started his career in consulting at McKinsey and has a MBA and AB from Harvard.

Sid comes from a family of healthcare professionals and is inspired by Incredible Health’s mission. He is excited to support the team in scaling the Incredible Health marketplace.

Stephanie loves solving interesting problems and building products that people love to use. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, she has developed her skills by working in multiple industries and companies. She is thrilled to now be building awesome tools for nurses and health care professionals to find and do their best work.

Thomas Hudson

With over a decade of experience in the SaaS industry, Thomas has spent the last 8+ years in client onboarding and implementation, helping thousands of clients find success. Having worked for several self-described “customer-obsessed” companies, Thomas’ approach is consultative and personal, showcasing care and dedication to helping clients find new solutions and value quickly. He is passionate not only about his clients, but also his teams, leading with a people-first philosophy.

Thomas lives in Charleston, SC with his wife, Katelyn, pup, Cooper, and orange cat, Fergie. In his free time, he likes watching movies, traveling to new countries, and learning to cook.

Trinh Nguyen

Trinh works with the Incredible Health team to understand clients’ needs and build experiences with empathy.
She got her first taste of product at Udacity (an online learning platform). During her four years there, she helped lifelong learners pivot their careers and built out a global product suite, including a services marketplace and 1:1 coaching platform.
Afterward, she joined Aspire, an Enterprise workflow management platform, to help marketers evaluate their social campaigns via data integrations and analytics dashboards.
Trinh studied political science at UC Berkeley. Her career started in education and labor policy, helping her approach problem solving with a social impact framework.

Trisha Diamond

Trisha brings over 10 years of experience leading agile, customer-focused teams. As the Marketplace Operations Leader at Incredible Health, she combines her passion for leadership and empowering others to shape their futures with extensive experience supporting clients of all sizes—from individual freelancers to global enterprises.

Before joining Incredible Health, Trisha served as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Fiverr, where she partnered with customers to grow and optimize their businesses.

Based in Orlando, FL, Trisha spends her free time reading, playing strategy games, and embracing all things nerdy.

Tushar Shanker

Before transitioning to the corporate world, Tushar received rigorous doctoral training in growth strategies for Platforms and Multi-sided Markets at Boston University, MIT and Harvard. With over a decade of experience in data science and analytics at world-leading multi-sided platforms like Airbnb, LinkedIn and Uber, his teams have focused on scalable data products that drive consumer satisfaction and business growth. Tushar’s expertise spans machine learning, statistical modeling, experimentation, and causal inference, and he has successfully guided his teams in solving complex strategic problems in areas such as user acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization.

Yang Qian

Yang is Incredible Health’s Product Designer. Before joining Incredible Health, Yang tackled complex problems that drove user adoption at Palantir and eBay. During that time, Yang worked on standardizing interaction patterns, conducted end-to-end research, and scaled design systems that had a direct impact on efficiency. Yang honed her craft with both horizontal and vertical product teams. She is particularly passionate about internal tools and believes everyone deserves well-designed products, end-users or not. When she’s not sketching flows or nudging (meaningful) pixels, you can find her watching anime and critiquing boba shops.
Yang holds a Master’s in Interaction Design from California College of the Arts, where she learned how to apply design skills to social impact.

Yasin Abdul-Hakeem

Yasin loves solving meaningful problems. He previously worked at PlanGrid, building product features and laying the groundwork for a resilient and global infrastructure, as well as Flexport, shipping tools to help the Customs team clear shipments in a timely and compliant manner. He studied CS and business in Morocco, earning a Diplôme d’Ingénieur from EHTP and an MBA from ENPC.

Zach Richter

Zach comes from a strong background in SaaS technical support and client onboarding, with a proven track record of helping clients adapt technology to achieve their goals. He’s a client-first professional who is passionate about problem-solving and empowering every client with the tools and guidance they need to succeed. Based in Charleston, SC, Zach enjoys relaxing at the beach, spending time with family and friends, and traveling to new places.
