- Technician shortages are reaching crisis levels: 61% of technicians say understaffing is hurting patient care, team morale, and job performance.
- Fewer nurses plan to leave—techs still at risk: 18.3% of nurses expect to leave their jobs this year (down 20% from last year), but 28% of technicians plan to exit in 2025.
- Upskilling includes AI—and workers are ready: 85% of nurses want training in AI tools, and 1 in 5 clinicians want to grow into new roles but lack support to get there.
