Track Spending & Budgeting Apps
NerdWallet tracks your cash flow (income, expenses, and upcoming bills) and even your credit score! It also tracks your habits and includes those in their personalized spending analyses.
Bills Organizer & Reminders offers multiple viewing settings (Upcoming Bills, Paid Bills, Accounts, Account Bills, Calendar View, Chart View), making it an excellent way to keep track of and plan ahead for your bills.
Mint is a bill tracker that monitors your spending habits and suggests more ways to save using personalized Mintsights™. You can even check your tax refund status through Mint.
Truebill Budget & Bill Tracker keeps track of all paid subscriptions and will notify you of new charges or price increases. You can also cancel subscriptions and even request refunds right from the Truebill app.
Apps to Help Keep You On Schedule
The Google Calendar app offers Tasks, which is their add-on that allows you to have to-do lists integrated with your calendar. Google Calendar also syncs your email for any flights, hotel stays, and other events sent to your email and are automatically added to your calendar.
The Spark app is a calendar that specializes in work shifts. Spark tracks shifts and even has a “Trade Board” feature that allows you to trade shifts in-app. Once the trade is accepted or denied, it will automatically update your calendar. Another major pro is that Spark has excellent customer service and boasts a maximum two-hour response to email inquiries.
Timepage is a smart calendar that combines your events, maps, contacts,even the weather, and expected travel times. The Timepage app also supports widgets to display weather and events right on your home screen.

The Agenda app is a date-focused note-taking app that has excellent features like being able to add images, file attachments, tags, and even more to your notes. Agenda even has the ability to sync your notes to events in your calendar and add reminders to your tasks.
HabitHub is a highly customizable habit planner. It makes it easy to plan your daily schedule and the habits you want to build. Your habits are tracked with a color-coded motivator to remind you to complete your habit daily and keep you on track.

The Headspace app is perfect for creating a nightly routine. Headspace not only offers meditation walkthroughs, but they also provide interesting new stories every night. Headspace also has other ambient noises for relaxation at any time.
Calm is super beginner-friendly to newbies but is also appropropriate for intermediate and advanced users. The Calm app offers guided meditation sessions that are available in a variety of lengths.
