Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the New Brunswick, NJ area for the following position: Clinical Educator. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Clinical Educator, Clinical Instructor, Diabetes educator, Nursing Professor, or Preceptor.

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Master's Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Experience in education and staff development
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education
- Conduct regular assessments to identify educational needs and competency gaps within the nursing team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, department managers, and administrative staff to ensure that educational initiatives align with hospital policies and procedures
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing expert advice and guidance on best practices in nursing care
- Maintain accurate records of educational activities, and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback surveys and other metrics
