I have a co-worker who doesn't seem to like me and makes teamwork with her difficult. How should I handle?

I would attempt to speak with the coworkers and be honest. Stay professional. If it continues than speak with the nurse director and have a group meeting. Do not respond with hostility. Bring them up to your level

Talk to her like a friend and explain how u feel about her. Tell her that you will have to report her if the situation doesn't get better. Keep your supervisor updated and explain its not a complaint just a request to make situation better. If situation worsens talk to your manager. Sometimes they can guide you in such situations.

I agree with the responses that I read. You must address her directly in a professional manner. Point out your perception. Sometimes our perceptions is false. Sometimes others are unaware of their behavior. Be honest and to the point. No threats. If you can recall a particular situation tell her about it. Tell her how it made you feel and why.

Now if it continues after that, then go to your manager. Write down the date & time you had the conversation. Let your manager know that the situation makes it difficult for you to do your job which is providing the best care for your patients and the hospital.

Who cares? I go to work to make money. Being liked does not help put food on my table. Keep your interactions professional. Tell the person “thank you” if they help you. Compliment the team after a shit show code. “Strong work, people!” Fake it to make it. It’s only 12 hours.
