Above is the link, but Google works great. Get an endorsement and they can issue you a temporary license while you get the full endorsement. It will tell you the requirements, but I know this includes official transcripts, a Nursys account, and fingerprints. I applied for an endorsement and it was pretty easy to obtain. The temporary endorsement was quick (a few days after turning in all my necessary information), but the official one took a bit longer (a few months).
