I’m a new nurse with 10 months of experience at my former RN job, and i’m looking to move to a different company, since I don’t have too much experience will I be successful moving onto to another company?

It is important to find your niche. There will always be a learning curve when changing jobs whether you're moving from one department to another within the same facility or changing companies. Trust your education. You will be trained. I cannot say whether you will be successful or not because success is dependent of too many variables from management to coworkers, to CNAs etc. Just do your best. If the patients are happy, safe, and well cared for, you're a success.

Are you asking about moving to another healthsystem or hospital? If so, highlight all your experience to date and be prepared to discuss what is making to leave your current organization. Also, what new goals have you set for yourself?

The first question is are you going to be doing the same type of nursing you did at your old job ie; med /surg, home health, SNF, etc.. The second question would be, did you leave your old job in good standing? If so, you could always ask them if they would write you a letter of recommendation. And lastly, it's really hard to predict if you will be successful at a new company. Some tips before you interview for a new job include going to their website and reading up on their Core Values, Company Philosophy, and expected roles of the position you are applying for. And you should have a really good answer if they ask you why do you want to work at their company. I wish you good luck and I'm sure you will do fine.
