Duke has a great history...now not so much
Charlotte hospitals have lots of violence against nurses
Some of the Coastal hospitals have great incentives but during off season you're losing shifts

Numerous great hospitals to work in NC just depends what location you are interested in living. The Triangle offers both UNC and Duke facilities and the Atrium Health offers numerous opportunities in the southeastern region of the state.
