What is the salary/compensation difference for RNs who become PMH-BC certified verses those that don't? Are employers compensating more for certifications?

I want to advance my nursing career to become a PMHNP. Currently I am BSN, RN, PMH-BC, 11 years psych experience (3.5 yrs in long term care, 7.5 years in acute, 3 years clinical instructor, 2.5 years house supervisor). MSN or DNP? Affordable? Online?
How difficult is it to transition from working as a psych nurse in a psychiatric hospital to an ER nurse? I’ve been a psych nurse since I graduated in 2019, and I’m ready for a change. TIA!
