International new grad, BSN, Michigan RN license, visa ending in September 2024. Departments gave me offers but hospital networks around me are not sponsoring new grads green cards. I need a job but want to stay around here. What should I do?

Here is more info about my situation:
My OPT only lasts 1 year and needs a sponsor for H1b to extend my legal period to work a 2 years offer. I've been applying for hospital jobs around my area since I got my RN license. I got rejected by all of them and I thought no departments wanted me. Turns out that some departments are offering but the hospital does not sponsor new grads H1b anymore and they never told me until last week. I want to stay in this area if possible since everyone I know is here, but seems like I have to leave after all. Should I keep looking for a sponsor in Michigan or move to another state like New York?
