I'm a new grad and I'm currently working on a Med-Surg/Renal floor. I do not like Med-Surg. I want to become a dialysis nurse. Would I have a chance due to only having less than a year of RN experience?

Yes you do go to the website of Davita or Fresenius, They will train you, we are always looking for nurses.
