Sometimes you don’t any question from one system at all. I didn’t get any question from dose measurement I think no one is getting those questions. 50% exam will be from adult health. Rest fundamental, ethics, pharma, gynaecology and some common sense questions. study every system don’t leave anything. If your exam doesn’t stop at 85th question it doesn’t mean you are fail. I got 150 questions and I passed (January 2024). Don’t be confused or take too much time to answer. Make notes while studying to revise everything during 3-4 days prior to exam. Don’t stop studying as some says stop studying one week before exam. Most importantly what I found while studying for exam Bcz I had finished my bsn in 2012. All the diseases have same symptoms but every disease would have one symptom different even if those diseases belong to same organ try to figure that out. Good luck. And Pray .
You should do more research about the NCLEX. Everyone gets different questions and it's not all about systems. Study everything!! Do practice NCLEX exams. Goodluck
