How do I transition from long term care into another specialty? I’ve been a nurse for about 6 years and most of my experience has been in Ambulatory-Outpatient. I’m realizing now that long term care isn’t where I see myself for a long time

I have the same experience! If you are looking to slow down, Hospice is a great transition. However, you would need to be willing to drive for work. Just a thought :)
