Have you ever been told your scrubs were "inappropriate" because of the way your body looked in them?

I have never heard of anyone being told this. Unless the scrubs are so tight or so small that areas are exposed or are so big that they interfere with your duties I cannot imagine anyone would tell you this. If it has had happened to you, I would contact your HR department and proceed from there.
