So just for whoever is interested, staff pay at one of the best hospital in ct with one year lnd experience is 38.25 + differentials (weekends, on call, nights, holidays). As per other staff the pay is good compare to other hospitals in the state....

yes, i do love taking care of pregnant women and newborns and if i could i would even do it for free. However, I do need the money to pay my bills.

Side note**** working at an agency doing school nursing you can get a job paying 60/hr (35hrs/week)

Also, if you do lnd nursing with an agency you currently can get anywhere from 80-110 /hr(need at least 1yr lnd exp).

Of course, with an agency you will get less benefits but as well the compromised is not the same. So weight your options.

agency you have less benefits so you need to know whatare y

Taking of the babies! Money can never compete with the wonders of life unfolding and caring for it in the nursery LnD units of America! That being said last was competitive pay as any specialty such as cardiovascular.
