Hello, I am an F1 visa nurse on OPT and I am looking for a direct hire hospital that files green card for their nurses. Does anyone have any helpful info?

I am from New York City. I know that HHCNYC system provides support that gives you after few years green card. However I don’t know what the process. Many of my coworkers got green card this way.
