Not sure the best way to answer this question without background. My assumption is you either don't have confidence in your skill set, or are looking for best practice(s) Only continued use of skills will make your more comfortable. As far as best way, much of that depends on the population you are administering the shot(s) to. There are plenty of quick video (youtube, google) resources for injection administration.
