I have worked in nursing home aka SNF since I graduated with LVN in 2014. I love it especially my current job . I have been with this company for 8 yrs. It all about leadership , the management ,Nurses and CNAs,that can make a difference.

I’ve been working in a nursing home for two weeks. It is very busy but very rewarding so far. Our nursing home also has two wings/halls that are for Rehab. Our rehab ratio is 1:20 (# of nurse: # of residents) which I heard is a bit high; our long term resident halls are 1:24.
