I started in Medical Telemetry because I received an offer in my clinicals, then worked Tele/Cardiac Tele for 1 year, but I would to switch my specialty to Psych RN position. Any suggestions to get a psych RN job if you are switching specialties?

LOL - there is such a shortage of Psych nurses, anyone with an inpatient facility would grab you up in a minute!

I did cardiac PCU first then I jumped straight into psych and I love it. Remember in psych we are more focused on safety at all times. Keeping every patient AND staff member safe.
