How hard is it to get a first RN position with an Associate's in Nursing? I just graduated with my ADN and looking for advice

With the nursing shortage, not hard at all. Many facilities have nurse residency programs for new nurses that just graduated from school. I graduated back in April 30, 2023 and before my graduation day I already had 3 job offers from 3 different hospitals.
