I have not in nursing service for 11 years, I recently pass NCLEX. Like me without bedside experience, any recommendation/s to where I can start my nursing carrier?

Hey! Nursing residencies are your best bet to get inside the field and get a good refresher on bedside nursing skills.

An alternative is to try work at other subacute care facilities.

I had a 5 year gap myself. It’s the first job that’s the hardest imho.
