Sure, although most of the male nurses I have worked with are gay. Some hospitals require another female nurse in the room during vaginal exams, yet other hospitals do not. You would just need to find a willing hospital.

Absolutely. We have a man as a L&D nurse. He's freaking fabulous. I also know a male midwife. He's not that fabulous --unless you want an episiotomy with no reason.
