Why is it so hard for a licensed new grad nurse to find a job? Graduated last December 22, recently received my license in August but hard to land a job.

Are you trying to get into a specific area without experience? Do you have hospitals around that are teaching facilities, they love new grads. What is your location? There are many places, you really have to be open to getting experience for 1-2 years.
