Since 8/2020 I have been working as a Covid Compliance nurse. I was a Peds ER nurse for 24 years prior. I have not been@ the bedside for 2yrs. It is frustrating when agencies dismiss seasoned nurses based on last 2yrs.

Keep applying to different agencies whether it is a children's hospital, travel agencies, etc. I have been a nurse for a long time as well and I have learned to move on when others are not interested. There are too many places looking for nurses. Also, be flexible in where you want to go as well.
