How do you prepare for a phone call interview with a recruiter from a hospital?

Do your homework. Go online and research the hospital I.e when established, number of beds, employees worj]king at the facility. Back ground stuff. Have a current copy of you resume, license number, BLS, ACLS, PALS expiration dates and come up with a few questions to ask the recruiter as they always ask if you have any questions. If possible, do a couple mock interviews with a friend or spouse.. Be prepared..
