How many vacation days do nurses usually get?

Depends on time at job. Under 5 yrs get 8 hrs pto a pay period. 5 yrs -10ys get 9.1 hrs a pay period and so on

that usually depends on years @ facility and how they grant vacation time. Ours for instance gives X amount for first 5 years, increases @ 10 years an again @ 15 years.
